After reading many of the glowing reviews here, we decided to go with Mr. Bartnicki, and we are so happy we did. Karol was so incredibly professional, but just as importantly, his communication and transparency about everything he was doing was amazing. He explained the intricacies of everything in a way we could understand, but also really put things in context. Making sure we understood the seriousness of some things, but also making sure we knew that they were also pretty simple fixes. This removed all the stress and anxiety around this part of the home purchasing process. I cannot recommend Karol enough. There's a darn good reason he's so highly rated here on Google!
