Got my bridesmaid dress altered a week before a wedding and the owner did it perfectly and within a few days to spare. I’ve since taken any alterations and clothing to her! She makes it so easy with my crazy schedule. The owner is a lovely Korean woman who is so sweet. She’s claims that business hasn’t been the same since Covid and it’s been really hard for her so I always try and give back as much as I can. If you’re in the west end and need something done, this is the place!

I have been visiting Bill and Anna for many years and have been very happy with their work. They have managed to remove unremovable stains and bring tired garments back to life. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. I highly recommend them!

This place does excellent alterations. They did an excellent resizing of a pair of wool pants and the fit is impeccable. I've taken many of my garments here, and the quality of the work is consistent.

I’ve been going to Nicola dry cleaning for almost 10 years and I’ve been very pleased with the service. I’ve taken anything to them, from hemming pants to altering complicated gown, and been happy with the outcome every single time! Definitely recommend :)

The worst company by far!I'd give negative stars if I could.This drycleaners, who I've been going to for 3 years just assaulted me today.About a month ago I brought in my silk dress to be dry-cleaned, not sure how it happened but when I picked it up, there was pilling and snags all over the dress.After writing a letter, asking her to pay for the dress or have it fixed, she refused to compensate me. Knowing that we weren't going to see eye to eye, I asked for my dress back and she refused to give it to me because I didn't have my original ticket.Today I went in and she shoved me several times infront of my friend. The policy had to be called and she still wouldn't let me have my dress back unless I signed a piece of paper saying I wouldn't put a claim against her and still pay for the drycleaning.I'm so angry and upset that this company is getting away with this kind of behaviour.DO NOT GO!!!

Did some alterations here. Good service and reasonable price. A nice little neighbourhood shop in this area.

Great local dry cleaner! I live down the street and have been taking my dry-cleaning here regularly for almost 15 years; mostly woolen and silk work clothes/dresses and occasionally a coat or duvet. The prices are standard and I've always been happy with the service, my clothes are cleaned well and nicely pressed. I find the owners to be very friendly and I usually have a quick chat with them while there. When I bring something in with a stain and show it to them, they've always been up front about whether they think they will be able to remove it or not. I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I have always had a good experience at Nicola Drycleaning and will continue to support them in future.
