I never thought in all my days I would leave a review on an Appraisals company, but Darlene and her staff are a fantastic company. The appraiser Bo Lott was assigned to me and I was in the middle of some renovations. I was stressed beyond belief about getting things done and what I needed to have done for the appraisal. Bo went out of his way for me SEVERAL times. Firstly, he gave me a pretty comprehensive understanding of what would be required. Secondly, he articulated quite clearly what things wouldn't really be that important. Lastly, but not exclusively just this, he even asked when he was en route if I wanted to reschedule for it to suit my needs. This flexibility went a LONG way when I needed it. Bo represented himself and his company so excellently that I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys!

I have been working with D Fritz Appraisals since 2010, whenever I need a full appraisal on Vancouver Island. Even though I have to order through a third party because of lender rules, D Fritz is very prompt, pricing is fair, the appraisals are delivered on time and if I need a last minute Letter of Transmittal on subject removal dates, they step up! It is critical in a mortgage broker's world to have a real estate appraiser who helps meet the quick deadlines we are always working towards. Thank you! I highly recommend D Fritz.
