Used Door 2 Door movers for TWO different moves within our family!1- Moved my elderly parents from their house into a condo.2- Moved myself, my partner, and our baby from our downtown Toronto condo into a house in Durham Region.BOTH moves were great and I had a great experience from the first call I had with Norton......He helped me organize my parents move while we were away out of province, and gave them a lot of useful tips and they had a great experience as well!We were so happy with the first move that I almost immediately called Norton and coordinated the second move for us as a young family!All of the employees were very professional and arrived right on time....exactly when they said they would and got to work right away!The workers themselves were great guys and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no hassle with either move and everything went as smoothly as expected/wanted!In conclusion if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and fairly-priced moving company for your upcoming move, then I would definitely recommend Door 2 Door movers. No matter the size of the move, nor family situation etc., they were awesome to deal with from the beginning and I am 100% satisfied for BOTH moves!!!

My realtor referred me to Door 2 Door and I was glad she did as I wanted a smooth move from apt to condo.D2D's crew arrived early. They were friendly and professional, rolled out a temp red carpet to keep the floors clean, wrapped items of furniture, and worked with my building's property manager to get my belongings from loading dock to the moving elevator.Once at the new place, they set up the beds and moved my mountain of boxes into designated areas very quickly. I’ve used Door to Door movers 4 times and they are absolutely amazing - the teams are very polite - they care about your items and are extremely fast and efficient. no one likes the moving aspect of a move but this company really gets the job done in a quick and efficient way. I recommend this company when ever someone needs a moving company. I will definitely use them again!!!

Fabulous experience with Door 2 Door Movers! Norton did an in-home consult, providing me with a lot of great tips on how to make my move as efficient as possible. On the day of the move, the crew showed up exactly as scheduled, did a quick assessment of the house and started to work immediately. They were all friendly and respectful and worked hard! My second move with Door 2 Door Movers within a year, and it went as flawlessly as the first move. The crew showed up on time and went to work immediately. Everyone was efficient, respectful and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I started writing this a year ago when we moved in June 2022, but got busy with unpacking and life and forgot to actually post it. Recently, my husband and I were reminiscing on “this time last year” and it prompted me to finally sit down and finish my review.To say we were impressed with our moving experience would be an understatement. We were beyond thrilled, from start to finish, with the interactions of the team from Door2Door. We had 2 phone consultations with Norton, followed by an in-person meeting for him to take a look at how much stuff we had to move. He walked us through the do’s and don’ts, gave us some great tips to make the day run smoothly, and quoted us a very competitive price.On the morning of the move, the team communicated with us when they would be arriving, and upon arrival, the team lead did a walk through of our home to ensure he knew exactly what was going with them on the trucks. We had 2 trucks with 4 guys and let me tell you- they DID NOT STOP. From our start time of 10am to end time of 6:30, I never saw them sit down once. We provided them with cold water throughout the day and they would pause for about 30 seconds to have a drink, and carry on with what they were doing. The movers were all extremely careful with our furniture, including protecting the hand railings of our stairs while moving some large pieces to avoid any damage. If a piece was being loaded that had an existing scratch, they identified it directly to me for awareness. Items were securely packed in the trucks like the greatest game of Tetris that has ever been played. When the trucks were ready to leave, they advised me they would be grabbing a quick bite on the way to the new house, which I happily encouraged them to do so. Upon arrival at the new home, they clearly had worked with unique front entrances before as they were able to position the truck and ramp perfectly to make the unloading easy, and to not damage the garden. And once again, these guys didn’t stop! They did a walkthrough to know which room is what, so boxes could be placed accordingly, and if something wasn’t labeled, they asked and proceeded to the right location. An equal amount of care and attention was paid when unloading all our furniture as well.Upon completion, they invited me to take a look to make sure nothing was left on the truck. The team lead did a walk through of each room with me at the end of the day to ensure all furniture and boxes were in the right place, and if needed, they were happy to relocate items for us. And not surprisingly, there was not a single box out of place.Norton, you have a wonderful team of movers and I can see, wholeheartedly, the pride you take in running a 5 star business. While I hope I don’t move again anytime soon, I will certainly be referring Door2Door to anyone I know who may need moving services.

I just used DOOR 2 DOOR again for the second time and they were great. The way they backed up the truck into such a small loading dock in my condo was extremely impressive. Nothing broke because Matt and Chris were so safe and diligent. Matt was great at helping me put my furniture together and Chris was just as hard working and has a cool beard. Thumbs up to Norton for making the booking process easy as pie.
