Had an issue with a PC I built myself and I have good knowledge of PC repair, but after a few hours of trying to figure it out myself I wanted it out of my hands. Prairie micro works figured out my problem quickly and kept me updated on the process. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I went for asking some screws to secure my SSD on my laptop today. They are very patient, friendly to explain things and send me some screws for free. I will definitely recommend this store and will do more compute services there.

Great! They know there stuff and have something called after sales service! I thought that had become a thing of the past. I recommend this place for anyone like me who needs a little ( a lot) of help when it comes to computers or tablets.

Amazing service! I called in right after they opened for the day and they had me drop my computer off within 15 mins. I went back home and received a call less than an hour later letting me know exactly what was wrong, the cost to repair it and explained why it happened. The repair itself was done within 15 mins and I had my computer back for my class online the same day!! The prices were extremely fair, they found a used part for me to save a bit of money as well. Everyone I dealt with was friendly from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to take my computer back here anytime or recommend them to anybody. Thanks again Matt!!

Terrible shop, fried my laptop with the parts that they installed and now are refusing to do anything about it. Also have paid them $150 for Microsoft Office and another $300 to install it in two $150 payments. Even though I paid the $150 for the software they refuse to give me my serial number for the software so I can install it myself. Instead I am forced to go back and have them install it.

Called and ask about pin repair service. Matt fixed up the cpu no issues and absolutely wonderful customer service. Recommend this shop to my gamer friends and will be coming back for service again

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Everything is overpriced, the staff is rude and extremely disrespectful. Take your stuff somewhere else for better customer service and quality pricing. TERRIBLE!!!

I had an a extremely high priority fix that I needed to solve asap with some impossible to find parts (you try finding a wired NIC locally!!), they had the part I needed, and I had it in my hands in less than an hour, amazing customer service!
