The salesman was quite friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the different spas ... how to make the best choice with regards to our needs and requirements.Every step was well organized and easy to follow - from the final payment options, to the delivery timings and what we should do to prepare, to the actually delivery which was done with two tag teams (one team delivered the actual spa - and then just as they were leaving, the second team arrived to assembled the various parts - cover ....) All was expertly and professionally acheived!

In 2019 we bought a Jacuzzi hot tub here. The first repair was in 2019 at a cost of $262 because we are out of town, and, it takes 2-3 weeks to get the repairman here. Several repairs later we are on our fourth repair call in Nov. 2022 and $282 now for repairman to come. The salesman cannot be reached, does not respond to calls or text. I believe we got a faulty tub and would like some recognition of that fact. Thank goodness we are still under warranty but getting expensive nonetheless and the constant repairs do not speak well for Jacuzzi brand or Club Piscine.

This is the BEST service I have ever had and the MOST understanding staff (Paul). A staff member spent 12 hours in total talking to me about installation of an above ground pool and options. SO patient! And at the end of it the staff and management services were SO NICE and understanding of my situation. They went above and beyond with superior service and class. I would never go ANYWHERE else. This company is FANTASTIC

This is one of the best stores I have been in recent years, this is my first experience with a spa so I do not have much references. The products are available, no shortages, service is great, very helpful when searching for what I need. Parts are also available, no wait time.

Customer service is just awful! I'm trying to talk to someone who can help me with my problems since august and still no response from them. I don't recommend buying at this store!

Store can't order product from their own website. Unable to get information on what store has product. Has to wait until fall to maybe be able to get the product. No guaranteed on price.

We purchased a pool from them last August, we installed it as per thier instructions , very carefully. And winterized exactly as they told us. In the spring it was completely ruptured and collapsed. We contacted club piscine and they did nothing for us at all, we now are having to go through insurance for a pool we used for one month. The pool is completely lost.

DO NOT BUY HERE.Our Jacuzzi tub, still under warranty, stopped heating and went into alert mode.We followed the instructions for booking a service call online as no representative is available for this. I put a small space heater inside the cabinet and waited.Two weeks!After replacing the temperature sensor which the technician told us was a common problem, the tub now won’t heat past 85 degrees.We filled out the online form again and waited.Currently at three weeks and nothing…This level of customer service is atrocious. I do not understand how this company can operate like this.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, because clearly they do not. I previously owned an Arctic Spas tub from new and their level of service was like night and day compared to this.I will be visiting their store this week to get this settled.

Went for pool water testing. The technician was professional and knowledgeable.

Finally got through on the phone but due to staff shortages you have to go to the store to see if they have stock. I will give the sales guy 3 stars for honesty though! Now I have to decide if I want to drive 35min to see if they have stock. I like that they are Canadian but you are really stuck with their products if you need to replace anything. Too bad I can't just buy a salt cell elsewhere.
