Jacqui was very professional and polite. I had left a voicemail to book an appointment with a Groupon as Jacqui had been on vacation and she responded within a very reasonable amount of time. I got frequent text messages reminding me of my appointment time and date as well which was appreciated. This was my first time getting a pedicure and manicure so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I found the experience incredibly relaxing. Jacqui has a very friendly vibe and is easy to talk to. Considering what she had to work with: nails that were bitten off, skin peeling from the sides and high cuticles, she did a great job on the nails. She even helped me put my shoes on afterwards! I would definitely recommend Jacqui and would go again.

I bought a Groupon for a manicure/pedicure. When i tried to make an appointment she had moved her location. She then sent me the wrong address. I made an appointment, she canceled it a few hours prior to the appointment. I then made another appointment for 5pm on Friday. I show up, and she tells me that the appointment is at 6:30, but i have written proof that it was for 5pm (text message). She offers no solution or apology and tell me to wait until 6:30. I couldn't wait until 6:30 so I told her I would be in touch with her later to resolve the issue. As I am driving home (over 45 mins in rush hour) she calls and texts me countless times. She blames me and tells me I am wrong, and that she didn't like the way I acted. I did not act in any outrageous way by any means. I simply tried to resolve her mistake, while she did nothing except act confused. She then continues to send me absurd text that made no sense, and never apologized or tried to offer any sort of solution.

Not worth the discounted price on groupon. There is a reason why she does not have any photos of her lash work - it simply is not good. I showed her a picture of what I liked, and walked out with the complete opposite look. Only come here if you like the smell of cigarettes on your face (even while wearing a mask). She has other services but I do not recommend lashes!

Tried to book an appointment for 4 days. Goes to voicemail after ringing. Then her vocimail says to leave a text. No response ever. She then calls back but never leaves messages. Unfortunately I don’t understand why groupon let’s her continue to use their services and per past reviews she continues to do this. Poor customer service before she even gets clients!

This was the worst customer service experience of my life. And in the end she just said..leave

Jacqui is absolutely amazing! I found her online and so glad I did! I've been going to her for the last year and won't go to anyone else! From the time I walk in she is always very friendly and professional. Usually I call and make an appointment (I typically always get the time slot I prefer) and she is very good at respecting the appointment time!When it comes to nails she is always up to date on the latest trends and takes her time with her manicure & pedicures! I always leave feeling so pampered!! She is also very consistent with her covid-19 procedures to make sure their customers are safe!

Found this place on Groupon. Just a few red flags…- even though she advertises and sells shellac on Groupon she doesn’t offer shellac- her tools aren’t single-use that come in sterile packs. She has tools that she “sanitizes” and reuses all day- she charges $5 cash for “tax on Groupon”- within 3 days my mani started to lift and peel with normal daily activitiesWould.not.recommend.

it takes WEEKS to get an appointment as she claims she is only available during the week between the hours of 9-6 (regular working hours for those with a job) and when she finally was able to schedule me in almost 3 weeks later, she CANCELED on me last minute. This is the SECOND time she has done this. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Terrible customer service and she is RUDE. When I asked for my money back to go elsewhere (because I have had an event the coming weekend that I needed my nails done for) she told me I needed to contact Groupon. Do not waste your time with Nails by Jacqui she is completely unreliable.
