My little experience:I thought of making use of my lockdown time restoring my hair and set-up an online appointment in a day advance. My appointment was at 11AM, eagerly waiting to get someone to call me at the time, instead I received message saying that there was an another client to see if I could wait until 11:30AM, I did so... then was asked for some more time then I waited until 12:00 noon, still didn't hear anything. I had some other appointments to wait another an hour or more in limbo. If they can't even keep up with an appointment set-up in a day before, I wouldn't trust them with surgery so I decided to opt some other company who would respect their clients fulfill their commitments... Sorry.. Hair Club! bye.

Hair Club Montreal, is an amazing hair treatment place. I am a member there for almost 2 years now. I received great service and excellent behaviour. Every time I go, the team welcomes me with a big smile and that makes my day. Unfortunately, I had a very bitter experience last week on the phone with the manager Steven. He was extremely rude and impolite to me. While I was talking to him regarding my visits that are left and was asking few questions he spoke to me very rudely and hung up on me. I was very surprised and sad by his rude behaviour because I love going to Hair Club and the team is amazing. The previous manager Eric, is a fantastic, nice guy and was always very polite and helpful. But with this kind of behaviour from the recent manager Steven, I don't feel like going back anymore. Which is sad because I really like the hair specialists there and I really wish Eric comes back. I am extremely sad and disappointed after I spoke last week with Steven.But I must say, that the rest of the team is amazing and I am very happy with their service, it's too bad about their management, which is very rude to customers.

Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. My first two visits felt like I was a regular there. They managed to accommodate me regardless of technical and time issues. They answered all my questions and made me feel like my hair concerns would be taken care of. Unfortunately the price is quite high and as a result I was not able to utilize the programs they offer (though they have several different payment options). If you have the extra funding I would highly recommend this specific location.

Great first impression. The staff is ultra friendly and seems to care about you. Over 3k for a year i was expecting that but theres monthly plans with 0% interest thats lovely.I will let you know if it works or not !

There all Pros,my experience was more then I expected, I feel like a million bucks with my new hair ,I recommend Hair Club you will not regret it.

Initially, committing to Hairclub's Xtrands solution was a hard decision for me as I did not understand the value of cosmetics. The staff members were really helpful and friendly, but at the same time, they did not push me. I eventually decided to give it a try, and I am very happy I made the decision. As soon as they put the hair on me, I felt as if I had found my youth again. Since then I am happier, more energetic, and more social. As a result, I decided to diet and exercise and lost 15 pounds in a month. I never expected before my commitment to Hairclub could have such positive impacts on my mental and physical health. I am sincerely grateful for Hairclub's staff members' professionalism and friendliness.

When I started asking question and searching more about the place. No answers were given and no replies. No guarantees at all to their products and the worst part of it all. No refund . Once you pay your money is gone. So if the treatment works or not. Be careful before you put your money down.

I have only been going for 3 months but the results are amazing! So much regrowth, more than I even could have hoped! The staff is so helpful, and the stylists are just amazing with your hair/scalp! This is like a spa experience for your head every day! Highly recommend!

I have been losing the hair on the top of my head for a few years but the last year it was getting even thinner with bald spots. I've tried different things to make it grow back without results.So when I first went in for the consult I must say i was skeptical. But after my first few appointments I noticed a difference in the fullness of my hair. Even my friends have noticed the fullness of my hair and I've had many comments on it. The staff is excellent, treating you like family and if there are any concerns they deal with it right away.I recommend going to see them for a consult, it will change the way you feel for the better.

Wow, the other comments look so generic and fake it's not even funny. (yes companies pay for fake comments reviews).So honestly, did the treatment, half way through, i am seeing results, hair seems to be thickening, which is a nice feel, Staff is very friendly, BUT i always have to remind them or sending me the products when i'm running low, several times i was told i would get it, but never did, had to call.Overall, it's good, a bit pricey but it's all about what your priorities are i suppose.Would recommend starting this sooner rather than later as I did, hair doesn't even look like it's falling now , would've been different story had I waited a few years.
