Dr. West was very attentive and answered all of my questions. The clinic was innovative and efficient. They are the only clinic that I came across that introduced a virtual clinic.

Wasn't too sure of Dr West in the beginning as I never saw him and only ever saw his assistant. Lately I have been only seeing Dr West and he has been pretty amazing. Very thorough and attentive. He seems to care a lot about his patients and has been so helpful to me since my car accident!! His Staff are also amazing!!

Worst place EVER!!! Staff are brutal and rude, booked appointment is a joke. Forced to see Dr. West as my family doctor retired and his patients transferred here. They charge double for almost everything! 50$ for a doctors note and I got charged nothing at the walkin clinic. $86 charge for my files to be released so I can go somewhere else!! Stay away from here!

I am not feeling anywhere satisfied with this office. Wait to see doctor is far too long. I d understand occasional long waits but it is always. I book appointment to see Dr.west. I don't see him. Only his student comes to see me. And he is not even certified with his degree. I don't feel heard. Nothing is resolved.It really seems like a scam of some sort. I mean how can one doctor be attentive to patients needs with 3 offices in different towns.There is only one lady staff that is helpful. The nurse that gives the vitamin b shot.i feel disregarded by the others .

Dr West is very knowledgeable and professional doctor who has many connections to specialists if he deems necessary. He is courteous to my special needs as a patient. His staff have always been kind. My main negative point is he is often overbooked so wait times can be long.

Can never get someone to answer the phone and have booked multiple phone call appointments and can never get through and no call from the doctor either very disappointed

*See edit below my initial review*Trying to book an appointment, but no one ever answers the phones here! Frustrating! Why is the admin staff so incompetent! Please do something about the admin staff!Edit: My mistake, I was probably calling during lunch time. Would be nice if it was indicated in the voice message what your lunch time is and to call before or after that time. When I eventually did get a hold of the receptionist, she was helpful, and she did call back the following day to follow up. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr West since 2005 and he is one of the best doctors that I have come across here in Canada and this is why I continue to see him for all these years. He always listens to my concerns and always answers my questions and is a great help with my health and well being. If you are looking for a excellent Dr that cares about his patients, then look no further as Dr West will take great care of your health.
