I remember my very first time when I made a phone call to ask about a package shipping...the customer service received and information provided over the phone by the store clerk was just amazing ..today I must say this has become my favorite place and location to ship my customers products...They don't just help you ..they make you feel like you were one of them..and give you proper information..Since my first visit I have been going there ..for the hospitality and what they stand for..Thank-you for your service and see you soon again...

We wanted to print something at this ups store Tuesday March 29 at 9am. The lady was very rude with no costumer service probably no high school education aswell I'm sure. We told her we spoke with someone else over the phone and she interrupted us saying she works for me she doesn't know anything. If she is the owner she need to go back to school and learn some costumer service. I feel bad to the people that works for her. I will not recommend anyone to go to this ups or any other ups store if they have this kind of lady or owner. Im generally a good person and don't wish bad things to people but she can go to hell.

Since I took over the UPS store 349 last year, I experienced a highly satisfied customers who love my honesty, sincerity and good quality of work. On the other hand there were some customers with whom I had miscommunication and misunderstanding about their work demand. I admit that I am not a GOD and all human being has the limitations. I had the limitation too. Anyway I am sorry if I hurt your feeling for saying NO to your job. Any way , me and my team looking forward to enhance our customer service experience more exotic and more precisely from now on and forever.

When it comes to customer service these days, it is really difficult to find people who truly care about assisting customers. Joanna, has helped me on 2 occasions and she was phenomenal. She was patient and went over and above and I am so thankful for all her assistance. I definitely will be using this UPS location again! Thanks Joanna.

Litly is a new owner and she is doing an incredible job. She has a large number of satisfied customers whom she and her team help and serve each day. From walk in customers to the mailbox holders to repeat customers as well as the whole clientele they are doing a fantastic job.To all customers who are not fully satisfied with the service we do apologize. Extremely limited in the services they offer and very little willingness to try something that isn’t necessarily fast or easy for them. Something as simple as a cut job was always an issue as well with most of the blame put on my file when it was done in a sloppy manner. I could never leave without being told how inconvenienced they were by the job I asked for. Terrible customer service and the owners are grossly undeserving of this franchise unlike the previous ones. Sadly this will no longer be the perfect print shop to help me supplement my stationery jobs. Huge decline since Heather and Dennis stepped down! :(
