Worst local supply chain experience I've had. Changing minimums, abysmal follow up, late delivery, and then under delivered by 25%. Escalating to a manager ended up in a dead end, with their position being a pat 'take it or leave it' corporate sales position. Incredibly frustrating and definitely not worth the time.
