If I could give 0 I definitely choose it.It’s almost 6 years that I was not able to make an appointment with my family doctor there. The secretary always asking me my contact info but never contact me!! It’s a shame to have family Dr but not to be able to make an appointment with her !!!

I am glad to hear some people have had positive experiences with FM, but I can't fathom the sheer arrogance of them advising readers to ignore the bad reviews. I have been going to FM for about 6 years now, and although I am healthy for the most part and don't require frequent visits, the dozen or so appointments and walk ins have been an utter S@#$ Show!Appointments have never been honored, and most of the times I have waited hours past the time I was given. And the website simply doesn't work! The option to book an online appointment is constantly out of service, leaving you with no option other than phoning them, which of course defeats the entire purpose of using the website. You can phone them, but nobody will answer, ever! There is an option to leave message and a return call before the end of the day" will be promised

HORRIBLE!!! They NEVER have a doctor available. Even knowing that I have a family doctor there!!!! I always get an appointment and they cancel the appointment the next day. They really don’t care if it’s urgent or if they keep canceling on you for months! the receptionists are super rudes. Terrible expérience every single time I need to see a doctor. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I've revised my review. Their automated system saying that somebody will get back to me made me sceptical based on past experience. But, surprisingly, I received a call! Thanks! Sustain this and you'll increase from 3 to 5"! Give credit where credit is due!"

Terrible clinic with the worst service you can get. Their website doesn’t work and each time I want to see my family doctor, I have to call and stay on the ligne for hours. If you leave a message, they won’t call you back. If you send an email, they won’t reply. After one hour if you’re lucky and they do answer, your appointment won’t be sooner than 3 weeks. And then you go there and they tell you that you didn’t take an appointment at all. Can you imagine how frustrating that is? Other doctors have helped me more in other clinics tha my own family doctor. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid

Hippocratic Oath is obsolete. Negligent outfit. A Dr. A. cancels appointment at random. She doesn't show up on phone appointment, cancels another while waiting at the clinic. She missed 3 out of 4 appointments. Unreachable, failed to review and communicate test results, still waiting after 17 weeks. No work ethics.

I needed a letter for travel after Covid recovery. I went in person and the receptionist very curtly told me to book online. When you try that on Bonjour Sante you have to pick a date and time in 15 minute slots which all show unavailable. I asked what a doctor's travel letter would cost and they emailed me to book online. New appointments are made available at 5 PM and you have to be ready to jump on them like concert tickets. This is remeniscent of the service 40 years ago at the motor vehicle bureau. Not impressed. For $75 I will do a Telemedicine alternative at Clinique Voyageur.

Not having a doctor, I like so many others, had to search for an appointment online. It’s like playing the lottery. I finally found an appointment at this clinic. When I arrived, I was seen almost immediately, first by a very professional and dedicated nurse who took all my info and then by a doctor who, even though run off her feet, spent the time necessary to understand and help me with my health issues. I was very impressed with the quality of care at this clinic. Thank you.
