Worst service. Very unprofessional staff. When presenting a document each person send you back with different corrections. I don’t understand why they can’t just give you all the corrections at once. Then you have to go back to the end of the line. A 20 minute process ends up being 3 hrs

When you call the first thing it says is No one will come on the line to speak with you this is an un-monitored voice mail..And what about documents prior to 1986.. No information at all.. it's sad we have Government agencies ran like this and they don't deserve 1 star!

The system to get a copy of a deed was very efficient. I made an appointment online, once I got their I registered and they had my appointment and I received a number, so I could be serviced

This establishment does not have good customer service. The desk clerk I have encounter .... TWICE .... does not relate to the community they service. For good customer service you have to relate to the community in some try of way. You have to have patience with people and NOT SO QUICKLY TO WRITE UP THE REJECTION SHEET because of not understanding of what is needed to complete the process.... Then giving your own opinion is NOT NECESSARY..... KEEP YOUR COMMENTS TO YOURSELF.... IM NOT THERE TO BE COMBATIVE WITH YOU....

We bought a small piece of land and they did not process the deed for the property is in our name but for some reason they don't have the deed and we pay taxes for this property every single year

I live in Wisconsin and have been looking for a history of a property my grandfather owned in the early 1900's. I spoke with a woman twice today. Both interactions were very nice. She was both polite and very knowledgeable. Based on my experience, I would have no problem contacting the Wayne County Register of Deeds again.

I needed to pull the chain of title both my own house and a friend's house. I had the same clerk both times, and she was fantastic each time. She had to do a more thorough document search, because some of the deeds go back to the early 20th century, so I had to leave and come back, but that happens. The entire experience was quick and pleasant. Thank you to all of our wonderful civil servants!
