Drive thru debit/card wasn't working, I went inside to get my order but the cashier had this long face like she didn't wanted to work, a few kids in the back (Tim Hortons employees) were talking loud and having fun .The overall Tim Hortons experience in this area is going down. Why Starbucks don't open more shops in Quebec?

I came from Toronto to visit Quebec for the first time . I came to this Tims, and I liked it alot . Everything was in French but lady who was taking our order , did above and beyond to serve us . It is really a nice location and staff is nice as well .

First, I want to point out that I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one was unfortunately worth the time writing it. I went to this restaurant at 9:30pm because it said it was opened until 11pm. But apparently it was closed, even if everything said it was opened (website and prints outside restaurant). Employee inside was very rude even though I only pointed at the print that said it was opened until 10pm (website said 11pm). I had to go to another Tim Hortons restaurant.

There were 10 people working inside and were not able to serve faster.All the staff just roams around and just one person is working and that’s very pathetic to wait around for 15-20 min for 4 coffees and 1 bagel.

First of all this is one of the pathetic service I ever witness in My first ever Quebec trip. One of an employee is very rude , she is not serving us well , getting frustrated if ask questions in English. As a visitor we feel so bad of her behaviour & made coffee so bad absolutely bad , not deserve for one star at all. Plz avoid this place if u want to save time & moneyNote : owner of this Restaurant: plz train your employees well to handle English speaking visitors :(
