Definitely would not recommend! I ordered a parts that were supposed to be in on the 11th or 12th, never got a call those days when I called them they told me to be another week before my part come in. Then when I called on the 14th when they said it would be and yet again it was not gonna be in for another week. Then I was told the 21st and again it would be another week for it to come in. They use every excuse in the book on why your part is never there on time. We have beautiful weather, nothing really slowing down things other than that their own company. Horrible customer service!

If I could rate a zero, I would.Called the number and was put on hold for ten minutes. When the lady answered, I said hello. The connection must not have been the greatest because she must not have heard me, then she hung up.Didn't try to say, hello" ?? Or anything. Just hung up on me.Then when I call back and finally get through

Guy who answered phone at 9:58 AM Wed Nov 16 is a terrible customer service person and should be put back in the warehouse where no customers ever have to interact with him. You guys are surely losing a lot of business with this clown answering your phones. For sure you lost one today.

Rob was a pleasure to deal with, even saved me some money and grief by helping me out making sure i knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer before ordering unnecessary parts. The price was high but I ordered the part in the afternoon and it was in first thing the next morning.

I have a gas stove in which I had to replace the rubber bumpers that sit in the bottom of the burner grates. I stopped in at Reliable parts and checked for a price and delivery. They were in stock and the clerk stated they were $19.00 each. I was a little taken back by the price and when I questioned him as to how many came in the package I was told just one. He went on to add that I shouldn't be buying applicances that I can't afford to maintain.I went on-line to Amazon and bought a package of 48 for about $17.00.Today I called in to check the price on for a Bosch Dishwasher door return spring. When I'd asked what the price is he stated, for you a $1

Always talk to you like you have no business even call them. Always have to order in and pay the shipping. Always trying to up sell you. Always talk down to you. Completely unfriendly and unprofessional. I will never spend a nickel there ever again. And that goes for the store their attached to as well. A HOLES

Went in knowing that I needed one rail for the top rack of my dishwasher. It came with two in the box as a set so you had both sides just in case, but he ordered the wrong ones. He let me return it without charging the ridiculous restocking fee (his fault evidently) and ordered the proper size. Went to pick it up when it finally arrived and he had ordered TWO sets, so now I have 4 rails. Not sure why this guy doesn’t know his product lines better but I never went to return the unnecessary second set because I’m so done dealing there. Maybe someday we will need it.

I called with model of a bbq I need a regulator for. They wanted to argue about the model number saying there was no such thing. I wanted to send them a link to the manufactures web site but after assuring them that the model was correct they refused to let me email then then put me on hold for 5 min before coming back on the phone. not to confirm I was right but to demand a s/n (I did have it). Not till then would they offer me anything close to assistance. Next time ill get a new bbq from home depot rather than call here.

NEVER AGAIN! The customer service at the red deer location was horrible. I ordered a part that I was told was in stock at the Calgary warehouse, and it took 3 weeks to receive it. I had to call 3 times to see if my part had come in, and every time I was told no and that it would take 2 more days to get the part. Not once was I given a call back or told the reason why my part was delayed. I am so angry/frustrated because I was told it would only take 2 days!!! Definitely do not recommend!
