Horrible experience from start to finish with the clown that runs the place, save yourself grief and time by not supporting this business. They have no problem taking your money, which is about all they're good at. Then they will give you a months long run around with zero customer service skills. Buyer beware!

I recently went away for a weeks vacation crossing Newfoundland by ATV/UTV. I was driving a used Can am Maverick I had recently purchased from Kevin Kinnaird of Adventure Motors (Newglasgow). 25 km’s into the trip and just outside Port Aux Basques my machine broke down due to an unforeseeable mechanical issue. I contacted Kevin at Adventure Motors and he assured me that I would be looked after. I was towed back to Port Aux Basques while the other 12 people Who were traveling with me, continued on to Stephenville. This was day 1 of a trip that I was leading and thus dependant upon for navigation across the mountain. Adventure Motors and in particular Kevin Kinnaird went above and beyond. They arranged, then delivered a 2019 Can Am Maverick Turbo RC to Marine Atlantic which was subsequently delivered to me the following day IN NEWFOUNDLAND. Unbelievable customer service has made me a customer of Adventure Motors for the rest of my days. They sell arguably the best side by sides on the planet (Can Am) and back it up with amazing service. Thank you very much Adventure Motors and Kevin Kinnaird for saving my trip and displaying a class act from the get go.

Our service was second to none. As first time boaters they answered every question we had ( there were many). From the sales to the finance, the service and friendly nature made it easy amd comfortable to buy. They ensured my boat was ready for the summer. Many thanks to adventure motors. We will be back.

Was going to remove my past post regarding service, but after waiting “again” for almost 2 weeks for service (booked appointment) to move my trailers 50’, I took time off work, drove a 100 miles, closed trailers up to prepare and again no service and no one has the decency to call! Joe “who is great” shows up and is not told about the request, well at least they sent him to fix the broken blinds (waited almost a year for them to be installed) I am sure poor joe deals with a lot of irate customers, you cannot believe anything Jay says regarding trailer service, beware if buying new, you will need service and it is horrible. Sure wish, I could go back a year and purchase elsewhere!

I seen enough without ever buying anything in you store. You throw paying customers to the ground and yell at people for sitting in the parking lot for 2 minutes. That is not how you run a business. Your company is a literal disgrace. Just shut your doors cause you lost any professionalism that you would have ever had.

Update Aug/22Had some service work done. Service guys are great. Zero issues.Business manager was supposed to get back to be several times before my factory warranty expired concerning extended warranty. Even after touching base with him twice he still didn't give me the requested information. So I called another dealer and purchased it there for less. Another lost sale of $1500+.Due to my work hours, I emailed them about a few ATVs. Someone did respond to one email with a 3 word response. The other questions never did get answers. So I emailed the Can Am Dealer in Kentville. They were very prompt. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Outlander 850 XT from that location. Lost sale for Adventure Motors. It's 2021. They have a website and email address. Why tho? If your not going to respond to people why have it?

Salesman Harold was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very patient when I had a million and one questions. The service department team was friendly and helped select products appropriate for my travel trailer. The turn around time was a little longer than expected but other than that a very pleasant experience.
