Great residential company to live at. Everything very new and comfortable. I live at The Selby and it’s very well located close to the subway and many shopping options walking distance. I’ve been living here for the past 3 years and the team from concierge, office to maintenance are all amazing. I had some stuff that needed to be replaced at my bathroom and I opened up a request on the building’s app. It took only a few hours for they to come and fixe it. Mugabe from the maintenance team was very polite, proactive and did a job way above my expectations identifying other small issues he could fix that I didn’t noticed before. Thank you so much!

The Selby has an awesome team that keeps this place in top shape!The concierge is great, with Damien playing the best music and making sure everyone feels welcome. Everyone at the management is so warm, Valerie is quick to respond to any questions and concerns, and the maintenance team is great! Bala and Mugabe are super helpful! It's truly the wonderdul people that make living at the Selby super special.

Just a quick note to say how appreciative I am of Mugabe and his attention to detail and excellent work ethic! He helped me hang a very large, heavy and asymmetrical mirror, not once but twice! He’s reliable, knowledgeable and patient. Great guy to talk with, as well!

Mugabe and Balla came over to my unit to mount a TV on the wall. I couldn't be happier with the service included in my monthly rent. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process.They took great care to ensure the TV was securely mounted and perfectly level. They also went above and beyond by concealing the cables and wires behind the wall, which resulted in a clean and sleek installation.Top technicians getting the work done in less than 1 hour. Free of charge, thank you Tricon, Mugabe, and Balla!

Maintenance staff here is amazing. You raise a request and they fix it in the next 30 minutes. Special kudos to Mugabe who responded to my request within 10 mins and helping fix my issues. This is truly a great community to be a part of.

The concierge and maintenance teams at the Selby are great! They are very nice, patient and helpful. I have worked with Mugabe several times for maintenance issues and he has been more than helpful! Same with the whole concierge team, they are so so helpful and always a delight to work with!

Mugabe is very detail oriented with his work and took his time into the evening to make sure all my curtains and paintings were properly mantled. He’s very nice and i really appreciated his time and work! He is so friendly whenever he see’s me at the front desk at The Selby on Bloor and Sherbourne.
