Fromm Packaging Systems Canada Inc.
I sent a tool to Fromm for a repair quote and found out after that they charge a fee for the inspection. This isn't mentioned on their website or anywhere else that I can tell and I wish they would have mentioned this in advance. I chose not to fix it based on the repair cost and I believe that they won't ship my tool back until I pay the fee.
