order is only right about half the time and when it is right it's usually a sloppy mess not worth eating. donuts and Timbits are okay tho

Nothing is ever available. Along with this, the customer service is awful. I never leave reviews but something needs to be done about this. No need to curse and swear at the window when you get something wrong or roll your eyes at the customer. It’s fine. Mistakes happen, move on and correct it. If you can’t handle the public then don’t serve them!!!

This place never has their own stuff in stock, always a massive lineup just to get told they dont have what you want. Prices gone up, too.Also no 24/7 breakfast what's the deal with that??

The worst tims in St. John’s hands down. I never leave reviews but don’t waste your money here, drive the extra 5 mins down the road to another tim hortons location! Side broke out of an ice coffee the other day and all over my car, and they messed up the replacement. Coffee for tea, ask for something extra grilled and they don’t grill it at all, never gives you a napkin with ANYTHING! Been given the wrong order completely. Charged for extra cheese etc. and barely ever receive it. If you ask them to fix something you’re greeted with eye rolls or an attitude. Not all employees, but majority. There are a few really nice workers there with a nice attitude, it’s too bad the others can’t learn from them.

Every visit in drive thru the employees have a bad attitude and are never welcoming. If it was one time, I get it, we all have bad days. But this happens almost every single visit.

I frequently visit Tim Hortons and this location made me hands down the BEST Farmers Wrap I've ever had! Perfectly wrapped and cooked. Honestly one of the highlights to my trip to St.John's
