Wish I could give less than 1 stars...we got more than 2000 dollars worth furniture from them for our new home...got delivered and we did pay 200 dollars extra for the assembly..as we keep discovering each day...their chosen delivery partner has cut so many corners in assembly...missing putting all screws...that the things start to fall apart...if this furniture showroom does value its customers and business...it will seriously re evaluate their association with the guys who delivered and assembled on Richie furniture's behalf..We are not seriously happy about the callousness of the way this has been handled and are highly disappointed as well as dissatisfied.PS: I have numerous pictures of their pure laziness, I will attach one here for example.UPDATE: BEWAREA Bad Experience for all to know:Did our best to follow up with the store. They intitially promised that they will send someone over to fix and will get back to me after we are back in Calgary. I did follow up again on return, they played the same tune of we will get back to you". And then SILENCE no call back at all. They didn't have the courtesy to even call back. I called today myself to be told that they don't deal with their partner anymore (which is their problem and shouldn't affect a paying customer) and moreover

Richi's is the best!We are particularly savvy furniture buyers and wanted to make sure we got the best bang for our buck.Their sectional prices and designs are unbeatable. Do you research and then discover what we did - Richi's is the best value in Calgary

Absolutely a bummer to deal with this store. We bought a sofa set and on delivery found a broken loveseat and a missing sofa part (for this missing part we had to go to the store to pick it up upon there request of delivery is not available at the moment). However, for the broken one they admitted that they sent the sofa which was returned from different customer. So they agreed to replace it and gave a delivery timelineof 2 weeks. Afterwards they called and let us know your sofa is ready to deliver but you're going to pay delivery charges again. We were so shocked and kept telling them it's there product found broken and apart of that we also informed them the fault within 2 days as per agreement. Unfortunately rather than to make us satisfied they kept arguing and justifying themselves and ended up we had to compromise ourselves and paid the delivery charges again. Even it was mentioned in the agreement that on under warranty product store is responsible for delivery. We must say they need to learn the art of a customer satisfaction.What a pathetic, very unprofessional and unreliable company. Would not recommend.

Great place to check out. Furniture is quality at a cheaper price than other competitors.The folks that work there are very helpful, friendly and are not too pushy.Definitely come here before the big box retailers.
