I would like to share that my experience yesterday with BattleStreet MotorWerks was top notch. I highly recommend. The service was exceptional from the moment I walked in the door, to the care of my Audi, right to when I picked up my car was excellent!! Thank you Robert, Bailey and team for making my experience so great and my day brighter! I will also add as an Audi owner, it sure was nice to know that with Robert’s experience working with Audis for as long as he has ~ my Audi was in amazing hands! Super grateful to have an Audi specialist in town now!!!

I love BC. I had an amazing time out there until I was trying back home. I was barely able to limp my vehicle into Kamloops and this shop happened to be the first place I found. I got there maybe 2-3 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. While I wish, it could have been a quick fix as Jermaine was kind enough to stick around after they were supposed to close to see if he could get me back on my way... I wasn't that lucky. He did however, not only stay late, he then spent another half an hour helping me find a hotel to stay at AND even drove me there. In fairness.... it wasn't a horrible thing to get to stay for some extra time in BC. The next morning, as I was making plans and trying to figure out what to do for the day - Jermaine called and said he'd found parts and I should be back on the road in a couple of hours. I don't remember if I asked him about the price but I was pretty shocked, as even with the PST compared to Alberta --- the bill was cheaper. Not sure how he did it. I hope I never have to go back there because I don't live there and hope my car doesn't break down on a road trip again ---- though if anyone I know lives there or is going through there and needs a shop --- THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

The air conditioning compressor failed on my truck and I needed it fixed asap to haul a trailer from Kamloops to Vancouver Island.The first four places I contacted could not help me as they were booking well into the following week.BattleStreet MotorWerks was suggested as a place to go.I spoke with Rob at BattleStreet MotorWerks and he was able to get my truck in, parts brought in, finished and out the door in a couple of hours.Great people work there and they really helped me out. If you need your vehicle fixed, go to BattleStreet MotorWerks !!!

It was my first time using BattleStreet MotorWerks and dealing with Rob was a pleasure. He performed all the requested and quoted maintenance, and was even able to fit in additional work that was needed.Very clear communication throughout the day and I really appreciated being able to see pictures of the issues during the day. I give rob and his team 5 stars! Rob did an amazing job installing my honeycomb grill for my Audi. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You could tell he is very passionate about the work and service he provides. Very fair pricing and he got me in with very little wait time. The interface with the text appointment reminders, the estimate and the break down of cost and labour. I found very convenient and helpful. I believe Rob was the head technician at Audi in Edmonton so he definitely knows his stuff. If you're a German Car enthusiast like my self. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Battle Street MotorWerks in Kamloops. Happy to say I found a good and trustworthy Mechanic!

Exceptional Service!!!Dealing with Hans" my old 68 Volkswagen Beetle. Rob was able to troubleshoot and keep my informed on a long list of repairs required to get me back on the road as fast as possible.He went above and beyond to source difficult to find parts for my old "Hans". Very Grateful for his efforts.Highly recommend BattleStreet MotorWerks if you want a honest Mechanic

Rob was so kind and friendly throughout the process. He understood the urgency of AC repairs with two very small children being transported in extreme heat and he got me in the very next day. He explained everything very clearly even to someone who doesn't understand cars (hi, it's me!). Did a thorough check of the vehicle as well and let me know upfront about some upcoming maintenance I will be needing so that I can plan the timing of those maintenance repairs and budget accordingly.

I cannot refer Rob and his shop BattleStreet Motors highly enough. I was in Kamloops for work last week, and my car broke down on the highway 20 min outside Kamloops on my home to Vancouver - on Friday at 4pm. Rob waited for me at the shop until the tow truck got me there and was kind enough to give me a lift to my hotel. He came in on Saturday morning and had a diagnosis and quote in my email by 9:00am. The car was fixed and road tested for me by noon and I made it home to my family in Vancouver that afternoon. During a very stressful situation, Rob was positive, friendly, open and honest about options and did great work at a very reasonable price. My car is an Audi Q7 and there aren't many mechanics in Kamloops who know these vehicles, let alone to the level Rob does. Likely the best experience I've had at an automotive repair business in 30yrs of driving. Thanks Rob!

Simply the kindest and most benevolent! We were on a road trip with our children when we encountered a problem with our 1979 Westfalia. Despite their busy schedule, they graciously provided us with a small space and efficiently resolved everything in a very short time. They truly demonstrated their professionalism!

I don't know where to start, so I guess I will just start at the beginning.Picture this....me at home with my son, while my wife is 6 hours away in Kamloops for soccer provincials with our daughter. Life is good right? The boys bonding at home and the girls are getting some quality time together....then...disaster strikes.I get a call on the Saturday that our Audi is making a really bad noise, like an undriveable type horrifying squeal from under the hood. What are we going to do? Panic sets in and we start calling around. A couple shops say they are booking into August....that ain't going to work, tears are starting to be shed.Finally it gets recommended to me by another shop to call BattleStreet, but they are closed weekends...so we won't get an answer right away, what to do? I shoot them an email explaining our situation, that my wife and daughter are stuck until the car can get fixed or looked at. At this point my wife is pretty upset, trying to figure out where to stay, what to do...the worst thing is that everything is up in the air because we aren't going to know anything until Monday right?....nope, wrong, error, miscalculation....why you ask? Because Bailey from BattleStreet takes it upon herself to email us on there days off...incredible!This review is starting to ramble, so I will sum up. The weekend communication from BattleStreet completely turned around a bad situation for my family, suddenly we had some direction and hope. After some back and forth on what the symptoms were they tell us they will get it sorted on Monday, unbelievable!Robert came in early on Monday and got to work on our car, fixed it, and got my wife on the road by 3:30 pm. This level of customer service is something that is disappearing and these folks restored my faith in humanity a little. Can I give 6 stars?
