Absolutely a must-try. I wasn't sure what to expect upon entering. As I walked in and glanced at their menu. I had questions, they answered. Amazing amazing food & smoothies. I will definitely be back! Their coconut blt was absolutely yummy!!

I bought a salad to pick up and as soon as I was done eating it, I immediately turned around to get a second one. It was delicious. These folks really knows how to get flavour and texture (and healthy food) down perfectly. When I arrived for my second order, the very nice and vibrant gentleman at the counter heard me say I was pregnant and gave me a fudge dessert as a free gift!! It was so incredibly kind and the dessert was equally amazing (especially for a pregnant mama). I can't believe I've been patronizing other places wasting money on low quality food when this place is very comparable in terms of price, but the quality is SO MUCH BETTER!!! Thank you to the amazing staff and owners of this incredible businesss. If everyone ate here, so many more people could incorporate more plant food into their lives. I felt full but not overstuffed, the food doesn't weigh you down and my digestive systems thanked me. I could go on and on...Thank you for the incredible food and the fudge brownie. Amazing!!

KB&Co was absolutely delicious! Especially with all the vegan options! My personal favourite was the coconut blt! Blew my mind, it tasted fresh and savoury! The cream cheese cookie sandwich was a great to finish the meal! Service and staff were extremely kind as well!

Good staff, great food, decent prices.The only thing I'd want different is rotating specials that are 'on sale' at lower cost based on excess inventory like Copper Branch does.Also their customer water tap is super slow lol Fill a couple cups before your food is ready.

Been here numerous times over the last couple of years. Food is consistently well made and tastes great. Service is friendly and relaxed.One thing I’ve noticed every time I’m in is how heavy the front door is. Not taking any stars off. Just an observation. I’ve seen a quite a few people struggle to get in and out. Maybe just needs an adjustment. Or, in the future, a wheelchair accessible door would go a long way.

I used to absolutely love the desserts from kb&co unfortunately they have changed their gluten free cookie recipe (a thick doughy cookie) and the Nanaimo bar now has some sort of strange green jelly in it. Hopefully the entrees are still tasty…I will no longer be ordering desserts, which is unfortunate because they used to be so good!

Awesome place, great ambience, great food but when it comes to coffee you might wanna be very clear about your choice or how you take your coffee. When I had my latte with oat milk to me it was a coffee I could finish in one go without stopping. I felt it so cold. When asked found out while ordering you need to mention extra hot. Was a bit disappointed their on temperature of coffee otherwise it was an amazing coffee.It is always good to pick healthy eating choices which goes in their brand slogan very well.

I've been hearing so many positive reviews about this fast-casual plant-based cafe, that I knew I had to try it for myself! Came by at 1:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon, and it was absolutely buzzing. Definitely a great first sign!I decided to order the Coconut BLT Sandwich, their most popular item, and I was highly impressed! I'm not a vegan, so I thought that I would really miss the bacon. However, the mayo and hemp seed pesto added a nice savoriness to the sandwich, and the smoked coconut bacon, a nice textual element. No bacon required! For the size of the sandwich, they really packed it with spinach, but the flavours were so well balanced, I didn't mind at all.I also ordered the Berry-Oxidant protein smoothie. I could tell it was packed with protein powder. It tasted fine, but a little too sweet for my liking.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely come back to try some of the other options on their menu.
