Call De Walle" is the coolest slogan anywhere but this indicates a lawyer with a sense of humor!It's a great start when looking for legal help but I always got good honest advice from Mr. De Walle in the bargain. I've known Frank over 40 years both professionally and personally and can recommend him highly. It's worth much more than legal fees to have him keeping me protected when necessary."

Make sure you get your receipt.We had Frank do work for us, and he took his own fee out of our payment for our house. Didn’t hear from him and one YEAR later he sends us a bill for a $100. If you don’t want a surprise bill that you already paid either make sure you get a statement saying you paid in full, or find a different lawyer.

This would be the last lawyer I would ever use. I only had to deal with him because he was my private lenders lawyer. Instead of trying to find a resolution to the problem he spurred the lender against me costing me thousands of dollars in fees and putting liens on both my properties. My mortgage broker will never use lawyer or lender in future.

Look into Susan’s place in magrath it was your deal if very shandy behaviour from mister Normand Massicotte I suggest u ask for statements like in your agreement the money is not being used like u agree with him mr Quan not wasn’t u to have a bad review once u respond I gladly removed this
