Clear and professional telephone reception (the company introduces itself, an important detail to make you feel comfortable, unlike other phone calls) I will be using their service again for chimney sweeps every year and of course I recommend theirs.

I have always received a first class service from Chimney Experts Spring. He is extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He recently serviced my woodburner and even though the quicker (and more expensive option) would have been to replace the door he went the extra mile to try and fix it which he did successfully thereby saving me money. He is the only firm I would use the sweep and maintain my chimney and woodburner. Excellent
