Krown Markham

Scheduled the appointment and arrived on time. Unfortunately a rather busy morning with inclimate weather but their staff was extremely professional and made sure the application was done correctly considering the vehicle was covered in snow. I waited a bit longer than I thought but I'm impressed with the coverage of the product and how well they handled my vehicle. Will deffinetly be back, great experience.

Krown Markham was a pleasant experience. Employees were really nice, the waiting room was comfortable, and the free wifi was great to have while I waited. The only complaint I have is that it seems they got some rustproofing on the pedals, which were very slippery when I started driving. Even just wiping them down quickly after the Krown application would help.I will be going back next year, perhaps with a rag in case my pedals are slippery again.

Excellent customer service, excellent rustproof application. I brought in my Highlander today, booked the appointment in advance on their website, very easy process. The very nice lady at reception was friendly and efficient and my car was all done in less than an hour.When they took my car, I see the technician put down a cloth to protect the car seat from his overalls. I keep my interior pristine, so this is much appreciated. Then they drilled holes, which were done well with plugs put over them, so they appear inconspicuous. I looked through the window in the waiting area, and I see there were 4 technicians working on my car, and double checking each others work. They also cleaned my car, spraying it with nice thick foam to lift the dirt and prevent scratches. Normally I shudder at the thought of a shop washing my car, but this level of detail is very professionalVery happy, asked the lady if they can do my beloved Lexus today. Found a spot for me after lunch. All went very well, both cars done, painless, nice waiting room, excellent service. She even remembered my name when I came back in with my Lexus. I'll be sure to come back every year.Pro-tip, check the web site for the Markham location for a coupon, this time it's for a can of rustproof spray, I will be using it on my bike.

I had rust proofing there couple weeks ago. Service at the reception counter was nice and the price is reasonable. However, I found that their technicians left so many oil (or rust proofing chemical) on the door panels and step plate inside my car which took me some times to clean up the messy by myself. I believe they should improve the service standard with their price set.

I just wonder why they can't get their scheduling right. They ask you to arrive early....I was exactly on time but I was there for 2 hours for a process that should only take 30 minutes maximum...and they forgot to install plugs in the drilled-out section...again (they did that last year also...I just did not bother to go and pick up plugs after).

Spoke to a lady on the phone to book my appointment and was very friendly and helpful. Service was done so perfect I trust them with my vehicle. I have zero complaints as my car was brought back to me in such a clean condition and I am extremely satisfied with service. The place was also very neat and tidy everything was done efficiently! Will definitely be coming back as well as recommending my friends to as well. If your looking for a place who is friendly and knows what their doing I highly recommend you come here!!

Very friendly staff and they have been great for the years I have been going there. Recommend doing their “lock it in price”.Make sure you check the interior of your car after they spray because it’s inevitable to have some grease inside (due to transfer). If you ask nicely, they will come and clean up any transfer. Overall, a bunch of super nice guys who do the work in the shop!

I been going to this location for over 15 years. Only 2 techs have taken my car for spraying and I have personally talked to both of them - very nice, professional and takes good care of my car. I probably saved thousands to spend over a hundred dollars annual and that is a big savings. Krown does work if you follow the directions (go annually), take care of your car maintenance schedule and drive at least once a week.The last 3 years has been a question mark in terms of how this location operated - especially how they handled my account and the lock in price" I did question how the calculated
