Four Points by Sheraton Vaughan

The rooms were so small, it felt like we were in a trailer. The rooms were nicely decorated. We were supposed to have breakfast included. Restaurant was closed and no compensation was given.We had 16 phone messages when we first arrived from children with thick accents asking for food and money. The front desk did nothing about it. We continued to receive these calls and continued to inform the front desk who did nothing. We then stopped helping them investigate this and disconnected the phone. Wonder if it was real or a scan? They didn't care obviously.

Arrived 8:30pm was told boiler was down...We are just advising our guests as a courtesy that we will be without hot water until 9a" Things happen it's understandable. Zero discount. Zero coupons. Zero gestures. Reached out to manager "Kamran" 2x. Calls went unanswered. Followed up with an email last day of my stay. My email stated my minor inconvenience but unpleasant cold shower at 7a prior to going out in -3° weather. I was not looking for any refund but a small amount of MB points or future stay coupon. That was over 10 days ago. Email still unanswered. Pretty sure this is simply a manager who is not a good fit

Great location, Well Maintained and clean Room’s, Breakfast limited options

Room wasn’t cleaned. Hot water wasn’t working. Location has potential but staff need better training.

The location makes it convenient to the freeway, but the traffic in the area makes coming in and going out a pain. The room doors do not have seals around the frames, so light and sounds from the hallway pretty easily leal into the rooms (or ours, at least).

We stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel was well kept. The lobby offered some snacks for purchase which was convenient. The price was acceptable. The room was nice, but the TV stand was a little close to the bed reducing the space to move around. The on-site restaurant was closed at the time. The plaza where the hotel is situated includes a Mcdonald's and a Tim Horton, which was covenient. Taking a left out of the plaza was a challenge because of the traffic. The free parking was nice. The staff was very couteous.

Staff is very helpful and respectful, the hotel is very clean and accommodating as well. One of the cleanest I've been too. Price is well worth the value.

Terrible experience. BED BUGS!Front desk worker during the night input my personal information incorrectly causing the company to dismiss my original complaint because they thought it was a mistaken complaint. Check in took ABSURDLY wrong, so to get my information incorrect after all the time is crazy. There was a stranger who made inappropriate comments to my friend AND that stranger was allowed to hover over the front desk and look at my personal information as the front desk worker was struggling to figure out how to get us a room. Once we finally got the room, the TV was having issues. Every time we turned on Netflix, it we shut off the TV after a few seconds, causing use to just give up. When we came home the afternoon/evening after, we both noticed bed bug bites on our body. They dismissed bed bug complaints due to employee incompetence originally, take that in. They could have admitted somebody else into the same room despite complaints about that room. They do not care about your safety or well being. Very disappointed in a hotel that is supposed to be apart of a large and reputable chain. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Downside was a bagged breakfast. Had an upgrade to room with kitchenette. Very spacious and clean. Gym was nicer than I expected. Location can be a bit busy when trying to get out on the main road but convenient to get on the highway. There isn't much to walk to in the area.

Need to read the bad reviews to get a sense of the hotel. Bedbugs, no heat in the rooms, rude staff… It’s all true.It’s unfortunate that after being locked down for a couple of years and then you decide to take the family on a little vacation, that it’s ruined because of poor hospitality and up keep.
