Worst experience ever. The manager there is so unprofessional and unethical. She was so rude to give the order to me. I ordered the watermelon lemonade and spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was so hard to chew.

Been sitting in drive through for 20min . No greeting. Just got my order. Not a word said. What is wrong with this Industry nowadays? I worked here as a kid. We were taught manners. Disgraceful

Counter was very slow. Long line to put in order. After 6 minutes, the line did not move. Only 1 cash. Perhaps drive thru would have been a different experience. I do not have a long lunch hour, so I left for better service

It’s 9:15, store is open, waited more than 5 minutes to see any employees. An older lady looking really annoyed that she has to serve a customer. Extremely miserable and rude. Why even work in customer service? Or why even open the store and reluctant to serve anyone? I’d say re-train the staff, can’t tell if there’s any Manager in site. The location is in Harvester Rd, Burlington. The young man who handed the food was polite though. The lady server is greying hair, adult and slightly short not to be disrespectful. But the attitude is a total turn off.

Decided to get something alittle small for lunch to celebrate an early day at work. What isn't better than some nuggets! Fast service and great tasting. Definitely hit the spot!

Good Tim Hortons but cant say great. Drive thru poorly laid out tight turns very little space be my main complaint. Overall not a bad spot but parking lot and drive thru windows are poorly designed and placed.

We never had a bad experience with Wendy’s before but tonight it was awful. The only reason we gave this review a two was because the fires were okay. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos at the Harvester and Appleby Line location at around 9:30pm. The chicken was dry and appeared to be double cooked, most likely to heat it up. The app wasn’t working so no rewards and there was no receipt in the bag. The staff did apologize for the technical difficulties. A total waste of money.

Went to Wendy’s after a very long time.I ordered the Spicy Chicken Combo with a Barq’s root beer.The Spicy Chicken was very tasty (didn’t look like the photo, of course lol ). It wasn’t dry and the sauce is very tasty.The restaurant is clean, the seating area is shared with Tim’s.

Went in this restaurant on May 25th at 9:00 p.m. I ordered two double jbcs and a medium fry I got in the car and my fries were cold I went back into the store and complained and they gave me another medium fry as cold as the first one.. not to mention I watched the girl take an order of fries that were sitting in a cardboard container for at least 8 minutes dump them back into the fries that were cooked in the bin waiting to be divided out and put the cardboard that had the fries in it back in the holder for someone else's fries, I looked right at her and said that's disgusting and she continued to put the frie holder back instead of throwing it in the garbage.She did not even care that I was looking and she did not even care that I said that that was disgusting.I would not recommend this restaurant and I'm sure they need a visit from food and health about their work standards
