I'm a local business owner with a pretty hectic schedule and was getting a hoist installed in our shop. The old hoist had to be removed that weekend as the company bringing our new one were due to arrive Monday 9am. The fork lift I had rented from elsewhere was delivered to me in a non working condition. With only an hour to spare before the stores closed on Saturday I called Ready Rentals to enquire about fork lift rental. The man on the phone told me they had no rentals available and after sharing my story with him he offered their own personal fork lift (which is not a rental) and furthermore told me that if the tow truck company was coming after hours that they would just leave the keys in it for me. I asked about securing the rental without ID and he told me that he trusted me.These folks saved me from a very bad experience and they continued to be humble like it was no big deal. I would have paid 3 times what I was charged for the fact that they saved my day and yet they charged the going rate which in my opinion was a very fair rate to say the least.Incredible service from a business who had never met me before. I'm a customer for life. Thank you.

Very impressed with the service I received from staff at Ready Rentals. I rented a masonry saw and one of the staff took the time to show me how to properly use it before loading it into my vehicle. I needed the saw for two different periods separated by about a week. I live an hour away and rather than make me return it and then go pick it up again, they let me keep the saw and were very fair with the final bill. Would highly recommend!
