Highly recommend This place , we were more than grateful to have James as our server , he went above and beyond our expectations . This place was the most satisfying and fulfilling experience me and my boyfriend have ever had together in the years we’ve been together :Thank you chef , and THANK YOU JAMES ! Marko was amazing!! Kind and very helpful. Views were perfect and fireworks were a nice bonus! Definitely a great spot to celebrate our anniversary. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great food and service, but really, there's a max you can charge for quality food and a great view when your guests are staring at some of the worst, threadbare carpet in any restaurant in the Golden Horseshoe. Time for a revamp of the interior. The Keg has 10x the atmosphere if you don't include the view. Major traffic getting an elevator too.

Prime Steakhouse Niagara Falls
Since we stayed at the crown plaza, we got complimentary breakfast on the 10th floor. Awesome view to eat your breakfast with. It is a must!!! A view of both falls on a bright, sunny morning if so inspiring. Sandra was so super in every way. Very friendly and attentively to everything. We will definitely come back and tell our friends about this place and the views.

Prime Steakhouse Niagara Falls
Our dinner and service at the Prime Steakhouse in Niagara Falls Canada was one of the best we have had anywhere. Carlee was a gracious, friendly and knowledgeable server, about the food, the wine and the area. The view took our breath away. We came for my sister’s birthday trip to the Falls and were treated to complimentary dessert and ice wine, which got us hooked. The sides, steaks, dessert and ice wine were outstanding, and we are still talking about it. It was our first night at the Falls after a long trip, and definitely started our holiday off right.

We celebrated our 38th anniversary at Prime Steakhouse. The food was amazing and our server James was very helpful and attentive. He even brought us an amazing dessert which was sticky toffee pudding. We both enjoyed our evening.

Food was good, but unmemorable. Server was non-existent. I feel like he may have had tables further away and just forgot about us a little as he was super helpful and great when he was around. View is worth it.

Prime Steakhouse Niagara Falls
We had an amazing experience while visiting Niagra Fallas at Prime Steakhouse. Our food was fantastic, the atmosphere and view was incredible, and Carlee our waitress was one of the best we've ever had. We both had the 10 oz Filet and for sides we had the loaded Mashed potatoes and the maple bacon brussel sprouts. For dessert we had the goat cheese cheesecake and the brownie. Carlee also recommended a chardonnay that was outstanding. The dinner would have been great on its own but Carlee's warm spirit and knowledge of the menu made it first class and one we will remember for a long time.
