worst ever been going here for few years. reception sit and complain about patience. While you are standing there waiting.. Some of the doctors have less than 5 minutes to see you. Not to mention our docotor up and retired, and gave no list or referral to a new doctor

I have been a patient here for many years now. The facility is phenomenal. You don't have to leave it for much of anything. There is a lab, x-ray, dentist, pharmacy, optometrist, chiropractor and accupuncture all available under the same roof.The links clinic has several family doctors and general practitioners to choose from. There are a handful of specialists available as well. You usually won't get sent outside of the building for much.The clinic is efficient. I usually haven't had to wait longer than about half an hour. They are great about getting back to you regarding test results.Pay parking is available at a reasonable $1/hr and there is plenty of it.The only reason I won't give it the full five stars are the hours. The clinic is only open from 8:30am to 5pm daily. They don't have any late night appointments or weekends. This has always made it difficult for me because I need to miss work to make an appointment.

I waited for over 90 minutes and the doctor didn't even apologize. I tried to explain my ailment but he kept cutting me off and recommending things that had nothing to do with my problem. I kept trying to redirect him but he would not listen he just said he can't do anything for me. He was rude and short and did not care to let me give him the full scope of the details of my problem. Waste of time do not come here.

Please do not come here to see DR Azer. Not sure what his problem is. Do not recommend!! And please stay away.

If I could give it a zero out five stars I would. The staff and doctors at this clinic are extremely unprofessional and care very little about making it a safe space for women or anyone with health problems coming in for help. I was referred by my family doctor to see Dr. Azer. I arrived on time to my appointment and was forced to wait 40 minutes for scheduled appointment. When I did finally see Dr. Azer I was in the room with him for about 2 minutes tops, he was rude, refused to let me talk and hear my concerns and didn't give me any kind of options or explanations for the chosen treatment he thought was best for me"... Which in all honesty did not make me feel safe or like my issues were of any importance. After I asked someone at the front desk if there was someone I could talk to about my grievances. The person I talked to briefly felt no sympathy for me and told me to see another physician if I had a problem with Dr. Azer... Overall the experience at this clinic was very unsettling and as a BIPOC woman I do not think this is a safe space for any kind of treatment for women. There were a lot of red flags I didn't mention but think my point has been made. If your doctor gives you a referral to this clinic PLEASE ask for a different option."

I have been a patient for 39 years. Always top service and attention. My past Doctor was amazing, however over the past three years with his replacement Doctor, I have noticed that visit charges are more important than patient care. When I finally asked my Dr. to stop calling me in for every reading and stop having me come in quarterly for prescription renewals I have now been relegated to the when we can fit you in" category. My annuals that have always been annual are now on a waiting list. Time for anew family doctor as my current one seems to be leaning more towards over and unnecessary billing over long time patient care"

I had an appointment with Dr. Azer, it was absolutely horrible. I have never felt so defeated. He refused to listen to me, was obscenely rude from the second he walked in. After waiting in the room for over 1hour for him,he seen me for 3 minutes the entire time dismissing all my concerns and refusing to allow me to talk. I felt like crying when I left, I was so excited too to be seeing a specialist as I have been struggling for many years with my health. Please please please if give the opportunity DO NOT GO TO DR.AZER!!! I

I have been going to the links clinic since the 1970's when it was still over on 124 st and 109 Ave. Links clinic made their new location in the 1990's and it seems to work really efficiently. Every time I call for an appointment they get me in quite quickly (sometimes the same day if my doctor has an opening). When I have an appointment I never have to wait for long as they are quite organized and get me in at my allotted time. My doctor (Dr. Karnik) is professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I trust him completely. I have had extremely positive experiences with this clinic in general. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Rather unprofessional. On their homepage you can book an appointment. You have to enter all information you have (e-mail, tel number, address, concern). Then you are declined for being a new costumer. If they had said Booking system only for returning patients" I never would entered all the information there. Moreover

Completely unprofessional, terrible receptionist Christina poked fun at my voice when I had booked my initial appointment but when I had got there the appointment didn’t exist. No clinic should ever have you feel embarrassed and run out in tears. Christina definitely needs to be taught some manners and proper business etiquette.So mean would always cut me off, not helpful.
