Chemfax

I took over Alpine Auto Wash, St. Albert in June 2018. In order to buy chemicals for carwash, I went online and found this CHEMFAX site. Their site was very fancy hence got attracted. I called their number and lady said that a person with the name Bill will visit my location. On same day, a person with grey hair visited carwash and bragged about company products. Anyhow I requested presoak for autowash, that was delivered on fast pace. After using for few washes, I started getting complaints from my customers, hence I removed it immediately and went back to old vender. Bill also accepted that his company presoak (Clean & Shine) is not as good as the other vender's presoak, which I was using before (Made in USA). Then he said that they have high quality Tri Color for auto wash, being elder to me, I trusted him and he got me Tri Color. Once I used it, I could not find any color, which Bill also witnessed, hence he brought extra dye to add, which he did. Even then it did not give any color. Everything was done by Bill himself. He tried every option on machine. As a consequences, their TRI COLOR Drums and PRE SOAK drum are sitting aside. These TRI COLOR cost me almost $ 700.00, now neither he nor his manager are ready to cooperate. The only mistake which I made was to pay them way before the time!

I want to thank Bill, I needed soap and wax for my car wash here in Edmonton. My brother who is a trucker told me to call Bill (Chemfax) he works driving tanker trucks and the company has all Chemfax products and he said they really work! He was right, the soap was great, the wax was the best I ever used, so good.
