A cozy place for ramen, there were barriers between each table if you prefer some privacy or bar seats. the ramen itself was good, not too heavy or salty. the chicken karage was also hot and juicy and they allow individual orders if you just want to try 1 piece. i also ordered the melon cream soda and they were quite generous with the size compared to other places.Edit: they seem to be all out of melon soda now that its taken off the menu :( but ill still keep the 5 stars

Great food. Interesting presentation of green tea ice cream parfait. The music could be a little quieter and less pop more chill.

I eat ramen at least once a week and I've hit most shop several times in Vancouver by now. I had the Spicy Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen and it honestly was the best bowl of ramen I've had in a long time. Shop was full but I received my ramen under 10min. It's not the cheapest price point in town but I'll be back for more!

It was my first time to eat here and I really enjoyed it. I visited here to try Yuzu shio ramen, it was great! I also had tebasaki too. I highly recommend this place.*update I tried their dinner otsumami menu this time. All dishes we ordered were tasty! It seems they often change their special menu so better to check out regularly.

Time to upgrade my review, this is the best ramen place of Vancouver!They serve quite some varieties of entries and mains, and all I tried so far are excellent. Also I'm excited to try their drinks menu next.

Great ramen spot. Service took a minute to take our order. But once we ordered everything was like clockwork. They had cheap Sapporo beer deal. The apps were all amazing. Had the spicy soup. Brought 3 people that have never tried ramen before. They were loving it. This place is delicious and it was fair priced. Good attentive friendly service. Highly recommend!

Delicious ramen and appetizers and prices are quite reasonable. Especially the mentai age mochi - it was so tasty! Would definitely come back again.

It was a chilly late afternoon, after I visited a dental clinic with my family members I walked along the Broadway and found this ramen restaurant. The interior and vibe was warm and authentic. There were some pictures of the old Vancouver times hanging on the wall.We were hungry so we ordered the Takoyaki and ramen. Like many Japanese-owned restaurant they served with passion and observed the details (so do I observed they observed it, haha).Without a long wait they served the Takoyaki first. As there were three of us I found they gave us one extra takoyaki (total 6 pieces) so we could share them evenly. I really appreciated that. They were hot and very tasty that we finished them within a few minutes.Then the ramen, exceeded my expectation. I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, Yuzu Shio Ramen for my wife and Gyokai Tonkotsu shoyu ramen for my daughter. They all tasted fantastic and especially the Yuzu Shio Ramen did surprised me when my wife let me try it. The balance of the yuzu taste with the Shio soup base was perfect. Previously I tried another ramen restaurant for the same ramen the bitter taste of the yuzu ruined everything. So this is the extra bonus for Raizo.We felt like having desserts after the ramen so we order the parfait and sundae. They were both nicely made and tasted yummy. They made it a fantastic finale for our meal.It was a wonderful journey for my taste buds. I’d highly recommend this ramen restaurant.

Delicious, flavourful ramen, and reasonable prices! We've tried their hakata, genkai shoyu, yuzu shio, and they are all so good yet so distinct in flavour. Karaage is ok, and parfait is decent. Will definitely be back!
