I have used RS Auto to repair my cars for the last couple of years. What I like most about them is their honesty in only fixing what needs fixing. Their prices are reasonable and their turn around time is great! They can busy at times so call ahead to book an appointment.

Best shop and we're very quick and efficient. They fixed my Benz in no time and gave me a great price. The staff is the best and always easy to communicate with. Martin is awesome

Can’t complain about the service but the price was double what I paid last year to put the snow tires on my wife’s mini. They were already on wheels so about 20 minutes worth of work for $92 tax in. Last year I paid $45

RS Auto Clinic is the best place in Burlington to get your vehicle serviced. I have been a regular customer at RS for the past 2 years and they are great! Their staff is very professional and honest. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I've been using RS Auto Clinic for over 5 years on two different cars (one was totaled in a crash) and they have consistently provided me with wonderful service. The prices are always reasonable. The communication about what will be needed and what will be done is thorough and understandable. The staff are friendly, courteous and willing to help. Highly recommend them.

My wife and I started bringing our vehicles to RS Auto last year and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions we have ever made regarding our cars. RS Auto Clinic is as honest as it gets, they don’t try to oversell you, they clearly walk you through what needs to be done and why it needs to be done, and they provide you with options which is really nice. We will be lifetime customers, and we recommend them to anyone that will listen.

Did a tire alignment 2 months ago and my front wheel tires are gone. Call them to inquire about, not taking any responsibility but telling me I hit something causing this to happen. This is a rare as I have seen in 27 years driving in Canada. This is not coincidence they screws my car and not asking to look into. Don’t expect any good after service from this shop. A money grab place with lack of professionalism and customer service.

Been a customer for well over 5 years,and indeed maybe it’s 10 now! Martin and Ron are great, knowledgeable, personable guys and I have never left this shop feeling disappointed with the service, or that queasy feeling in the pit of the stomach knowing you have likely been ripped off. Last summer a ball of very fine plastic fell off a truck in front of me on the highway, and it immediately stuck to the entire exhaust system. I went to RS Auto right away to make sure no damage done to the catalytic converter. Ron spent over 30 mins scraping and cutting off the now hardened plastic on the entire exhaust pipe and muffler and ensured me apart from the burnt plastic smell, all was well, and did not even charge me for any of his time. Good service and TRUST, these are the reasons I keep going back.

Honest and reliable they fixed my oil leak when dealership said there was no problem that's normal and yeah they are knowledgeable when there isn't a problem and what actual matter. Greats guys!

Customer service below zero. For the women out there, do not go to this place of service. Have never been to a place where someone can be so rude. Set up an appointment with this place for switching out the winter tires to summer tires that are on rims. Went to this location and found you had to enter in the back of the building. Entered the office area and the guy at the desk had a bad attitude. The body language and tone of voice was very unwelcoming like I'm bothering him. Turned me off right away! Didn't want to wait in there waiting area, bad atmosphere. Returned for the car shortly after dropping it off, same attitude. shoves the pay machine at me on top of the counter and with no explanation on the cost or any other explanation on retorque and or any issues. Didn't even spell my name right on the invoice which speaks volumes. Give me your money and get out. Not returning for retorque and watching carefully how these tires are managing prior to 100km. Don't trust them! Don't know how they got the ratings they have.
