Prestige Beach House

Went to an event recently at the Prestige. The back room was spacious and yet very cozy. The decor took you back to the 1920s, love the black birdcage lighting. You feel quite transported to another time here. The bar is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Love the comfy booths and stand up tables, encourages both mingling and private conversations.The West Coast Grill restaurant in the Prestige is also excellent, especially for Happy Hour.I live in Kelowna so I have not had the pleasure of staying at the hotel.

Excellent service. They are very friendly and polite people. They helped us cover all our needs, they took care of our suitcases even after the check-out time while we walked along the beach and waited for the time to go to the airport. The rooms are equipped with everything required. WiFi service is good. Many places to eat are within a 5 minute walk.Recommended 100%.

The staff at the front desk was super awesome, my room Was not ready and they made a few changes and got me in before check in time, I appreciated that because I was tried from travelling from far. The room was clean, fresh and quiet… might I add the location is ideal right in The middle of downtown all restaurant are walking distance away, the main park and lake is across the road … overall great value for money

I was not expecting to be in such a great place with a 5 stars service ! Once arrived , I met Benzy at the front desk with a big smile on the face and checking us in with joy ! He was speaking my wife’s language which was surprising . The rooms so clean and the housekeeping team are amazing too , Sani took care of us . I highly recommend this property for the good service and the location . Thank you prestige and take care of your staff because they are the reason why I will come back

Amazing location, make sure to ask for a room not facing the street or else you will have fun sleeping with hearing cars drive by all night. Otherwise amazing location. Close to restaurants and pubs and lake of course. Rooms are a bit run down but still decent.

I was recommended to stay at the Prestige Beach House Hotel and it was amazing. First, the location is easily found and accessible. They cater for both the able and the disabled body as there are proper resources to get to the rooms. It is located near the park and diverse restaurant and stores which was awesome. The service was amiable and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience that I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone and visit in future again.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a few days and I loved it. The staff is absolutely amazing, the ambiance and aesthetics are great. Everything is lovely. I had a great stay. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip. 10/10 recommend

I stay at this location, and my family and i have a great time and we love it there. From the check in process, where i met the wonderful Denissa to the amazing rooms. This location was very clean and the place is beautiful, my family and i are definitely coming back to visit soon. Thanks again Prestige!

I stayed at this location as a business traveller for 2 days in May 2023. I wouldn't recommend it for business or recreational travellers for the following reasons:1- The location. One side faces the highway, the other a Union Gospel Mission (homeless shelter). It is loud all the time and frankly scary at night.2- Dirty rooms. My first room I moved the couch looking for an outlet and the dust was thick and revolting.3- Room on the second night had both a broken fridge and loose bathroom faucet. I had run right out after check in and failed to notice until I got back and was prepping my breakfast (which i couldn't eat due to lack of fridge). So nothing could be looked at reasonably by time I told them as I had to go to bed due to work the next day. I (or rather my company) was told I was compensated for parking due to the inconvenience with the fridge.4- While checking out I asked to make sure my company's card was charged rather than mine which the incidentals were on. Checking today 2 weeks later, I see it was my personal card charged. I called the hotel and no one picked up. I called again and left a voicemail for the Assistant General Manager and so far have received no response.The whole Prestige experience is anything but prestigious and I hope to never stay at one again.
