I ordered a couch from the furniture store and an area rug from the flooring outlet. Customer service was great in both cases with the sales reps finding additional sales discounts. But what was really outstanding was the delivery. I had some constraints on my time which they were able to work around. Even better the deliver guys helped me rearrange my furniture including carrying a couch to the lower level of the house. Just a very pleasant experience all around.

All I can say is wow! Not only super friendly and accommodating but did an absolutely amazing job. Our installers went above and beyond dealing with some small annoyances (squeaky floors) and making some decisions to really maximize the elevated look in our kitchen. They were in and out so quickly in our office that I didn't even know they were done. Our existing floors were not in good condition (or very clean!), and they didn't have any issues making the whole room look brand new. We have base heaters, and they even took them off to clean them up and reinstalled them a little higher so they wouldn't leave heat marks on the floor (like they were doing). I couldn't move the dining table or desk and they took them apart, moved them out, and then put them all back together for me in the rooms with no issues. They laid wood down when moving the appliances so as not to damage the floors in the other room. Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life with an install. I cannot sing their praises enough. You want these people to install your floors. Thanks guys! You rock! Happy Holidays!

We've been looking for over a year for an area rug. Lucas was easily what Jordan's must look for in an employee. He was helpful, no pressure, kind but more importantly so likeable. Kudos to your HR department and we look forward to loving our new area rug! Jordan's really does have quality products and people! I am sure the product will be excellent but it is the people that bring us back.
