This was our first home buying experience and we were very overwhelmed as we did not know what to expect and all the horror stories we have heard , but Purnima made this experience so wonderful as she simplified every step for us and never rushed us at any point . As every home buying experience goes we also had some discouraging hiccups along the way but Purnima always brought a positive attitude and steered us in the right direction. Working with Purnima, this experience was a breeze from looking at houses to dealing with mortgage brokers , doing the Home inspections all the way till possession date. These people are extremely unprofessional. We agreed to a 1 year lease. Signed everything, paid full deposit and rent upfront. One week after moving in they send us an eviction notice. We signed up our daughters 1 and 2 years old to a daycare across the street. Paid for all our moving expenses and have set up our life now in this location.What they are doing is illegal and I am shocked at their behaviour. I would recommend you never do business with people that try to bully young families. Their behaviour is frankly disgusting and outrageous.

Narinder Singh has gone above and beyond over the last few days. Our Furnace decided to randomly quit and he had a tech here within 40 mins. Replaced the furnace and made sure everything was working properly. thanks so very much!!
