Great staff and well equipped location. I've had no major issues whatsoever here, and that's out of shipping a good 40+ packages. I do wish that I were told that some of my packages could've been sent as oversized lettermail in the past. I have wasted money paying for small packet rates on lettermail-sized items, only to learn about it later on.To anybody planning on shipping stuff- if it's less than 38x27x2 cm and under 500g, ask for it to be shipped lettermail- you'll save $8.
