STAY AWAY! THEY WILL TELL YOU YOUR INSTALL WILL BE DONE BY THEIR OWN TECHNICIANS, BUT DON'T BE FOOLED, THEY USE SUBS...SUBPAR INSTALL. SEVERAL DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS IN 6 MONTH PERIOD OR MORE WITH DIFFERENT CREW AND STILL OUR DOOR IS NOT LEVEL.

I filled out their form on Facebook and they were quick to call me to book an appointment. I booked the appointment online through their website and they called the day of to say they have to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day but never showed or even called. Not very professional.

Overall very satisfied with my 3 new windows. Sales rep, Mike K and installer Peter and crew were friendly and knew what they were doing.I had a issue with the old basement window leaking under the frame and with the new window and the sealing job they did im fairly confident that during the heavy rains it should be leak free.

Follow up is non existent. Called three times over two months with a problem. They promised all three times they would get back to me within 48 hours. Did not happen. Stay away. Their warranty apparently is non existent.
