The room was dated but clean. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The parking sucks, by 6pm all the spots are taken. They may have a backup parking lot somewhere but in this area I wouldn't want to park there. The mall it's connected to is almost empty. But as a hotel, it's acceptable. Has a pool and a restaurant attached

I am a born and raised Sudbarian and have never stepped foot in this hotel. Even when it was a Holiday Inn back when the earth was still cooling...I was pleasantly surprised! Now it is old, but in good shape! Rooms are clean and modern. Basic room, nothing fancy. Nice helpful staff and a small fitness room is all you need!Would stay there again!

Very poor rooms . Looks like a cheap motel and not like a hotel specially from radisson chain . Only good thing is the very nice reception staff . Deserves a negative star in room comfort : beddings , bathroom and cleanliness.

Nothing about this room was clean. The bathroom smelled. Some of the bed sheets were stained as well as some of the pillow cases. There were hairs in the bathtub, on the bathroom floor and on a couple of pillows. Not just this room because I actually switched rooms after I saw my room was located on the first floor right in front of the elevators and lobby. For $160 per night I expect way more than this. Clearly they have given up on this hotel.

Below expectation. The hallway was stinking. The bathtub was clogged. The beds were creaking badly, a turnover while sleeping meant waking up everyone sleeping, there no extra soaps or shampoos. There was no kettle for tea people. The women's washroom by the pool was a scene from a horror movie, dark and dingy no lights at all. The staff was courteous , I won't lie.

Queen size bedroom on upper floor had a decent size and a very comfortable bed. However, our climate control unit failed to operate when needed, so I had to unplug it. Air was set at 71F in a cool position. Also, ventilation in bathroom not available as expected. Very quiet slumber was enjoyed for the evening.

Employees have no customer service skills. The “manager” made my partner and I cry while trying to blame us for the situation, not only that they were verbally abusive toward us and had to be physically escorted away from us because he couldn’t handle his emotions. This “manager” accused us of physically abuse and using racial slurs. It is terrible to see a business allow someone with such a bad track record with customers still work in the hotel industry. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere, this hotel does not care about you or your well being. It is evident from how we were handled.

Worst service, worst room and furniture. Everything is super old. They don’t even provide a bottle of water in my room. When I asked them they said “we don’t have”. I would rather be satisfied if I could give negative stars. I never recommend this hotel.

Where to start? First of all, the parking lot is small so you will more than likely have to park in the sketchy mall's garage. The keypad is broken, so you have to press the button to have someone let you in. If they are busy, you have a longer wait. Then you have to walk through a maze to figure out where your room is. This also applies to the mall, if you forget your room key, there is no button to call the front desk to let you in, so basically, you are mucked. You will need to walk all around the mall, go outside, and try to figure out your way to the other side of the hotel's main entrance. I guess the hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood!!! The room keys didn't work more than half the time. We had to exchange our keys numerous times at the front desk. This was very annoying, especially when coming from the pool with wet clothes. This leads to my next complaint. There is no changing room or bathroom attached to the pool. So you have to run to your room in your wet bathing suit if you need to use the bathroom. The towels are so thin and small and not enough to go around. Next, the rooms are so old, outdated, and very very dirty. My grandson lost a toy, and we moved everything to try and find it. What we found behind the TV was disgusting. There was so much dirt, old food, and a pack of rolling papers. There were crumbs and dirt between the mattresses, and behind the bed was an old moldy crusty slice of pizza. The only good thing about this hotel is the courtyard. I bring my dog with me on trips, and having access to the courtyard by the patio was nice. I have so many fond memories of this hotel, but sadly this hotel is going downhill and fast. My husband complained, and they said they would do something. But at check out, they did absolutely nothing and offered us nothing. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

I booked 6 weeks ago with a clear note to not have any feathers in my room due to allergies.My first attempt was met with two rooms keys which did not work, requiring me head back to the hotel lobby. The first room I was given was actually not clean, with the beds unmade from the previous guest.I went back to the front desk to inform them of this and they quickly allocated me another room. I moved my luggage between rooms and looked forward to settling in. Within a few minutes my allergies started acting up, at which time I found that all the pillows were down filled.I went back to the front desk at which time it seems they didn’t know if they had any room at all without feathers. 90 minutes later I still didn’t have a room because they didn’t have any cleaning staff on site. I moved my luggage into a friends room and went out for dinner.Eventually I got a room after 9pm.After all that…the comforter was down filled as well.Not impressed at all.
