Shoppers Drug Mart

Customer service is very poor. Especially for pickup and delivery of parcels. I visited two times for delivery of parcels and shalinee seems very rude. She don't direct in a polite manner. I will never recommend anyone to visit there for canada post services.

The post office attendant Shaalinee is unbelievably rude. Please teach your employees some manners. They are not the only people working in customer facing roles. There’s a difference between polite No and tossing the thing back at the customer screaming no.However, she did attend me the next day politely and worked as was supposed to. A basic ‘talking to’ by the managers wouldn’t be so bad.

We can see employee everywhere but no one to help the customer lol. Worst customer service i ever seen in a shoppers drug mart in canada . Most of the things are out of stock no one to stock it up.

Customer service rep I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. One does not need to be abrupt even if one does not know the answer. As a customer rep, one needs to interract with customers in the most friendly way so that they could feel they need to come back to the store.

My friends and I were harassed by the cosmetician Tanya for looking around and testing the TESTERS. When I spoke to the front store manager Joe, I felt my concerns were being dismissed. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any shoppers location.

Goodness! I wish I had read the review before booking our flu shot here. My boys and I waited and hour before finally leaving because I had an appointment I could not miss. When I very politely asked if I would make it out of there before 5 pm, she went off about what had happened that caused the delay and to just let her do her job. When we finally got called, she didn't have the kids dosage drawn up. Long story short, we were going on over an hour past hour appointment time and I was going to miss my next appointment so we had to leave without the shots. Like the other reviews say, don't book your appointments here if you value your time. Better off walking in anywhere else than booking an appointment here.

I went there today to drop off my packages. As soon as i kept my boxes on the table, the lady with white hair gave a loud sigh. She didnt even greeted (though she was greeting all the customers before me, its pure racism). She directly said, one package

I was here for an exchange and the lady anita she was so rude to me and my friend. I was just looking at the product and she literally shouted in front of other customers. Me and my friend also work in retail but we have never behaved like this to anyone. Higher authorities should take a strict action towards her. This is not considered as good customer service. I am not going to visit this place again.

We went to buy perfume one million it was around 100 dollars and actually my friend without checking the rate just tapped with Apple Pay … nd we were about to left the shop when we saw Tanya or Anita (not sure about the name?lady charged us 157 there were two perfume at that table nd she charged us for wrong one .. how come the cashier is that careless .. now we are still waiting for refund still haven’t received.. such a bad customer service carelessness …

Do not bother booking vaccine appointments here (if you value your time) because they do not honour them. Go to another local pharmacy or book directly with public health clinics.I went in at my appointment time but they said they don’t follow them, so I ended up waiting 45+ minutes for my vaccine.The pharmacist was nice and friendly at least. It’s clear Loblaws is stretching them thin though. Patients deserve better.
