The morning girl is so involved in her phone, lacks any kind of customer service, I stop in to get a morning coffee and there are only medium cups. The overall experience is bad and to boot the other day she locked herself out, good thing that her phone is permanently attached to her hand or she would have been really screwed.

Not surprise that some of the most recent reviews are at 1 Star. Firstly, a lady cashier at this location was rude and lack of customer service skills. Secondly, the car wash did a terrible job of cleaning my vehicle. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Been sitting 20 mins and the pumps have only filled $95 worth of fuel. The lady working was very rude saying it’s the weather… it’s only -9°C…

Been going to this shell for so long. Its nice and clean. I like all the workers working there. All the girl employees are nice. Last week, i had some troubles with the car wash and with my card payment but the girl working their usually at nights helped me and was so patient. Really liked it.

Just filled up a 10 liter here, June 16 2022. The pump read 10.42 liters, didn't even make it to the 10 liter mark. I thought it was off when I filled my truck and it took a lot more fuel than any other time. I measured the gas out as I put it in my lawnmower. 9.82 liters is what I got for the 10.42 I paid for. That's a lot of money if you regularly get fuel there.

The attendant was friendly but the car wash didn't work for the bottom of my car. Was very expensive considering it didn't clean half my car.

Litterly has the pumps turned off on me here at 11:54pm while in the middle of pumping gas. The tv still rolling, lights turned right off and pump lost pressure. Went to ask teller what just happened and was told she has to turn them off at 11:55 every night. Even during a customer fueling up??? Saturday june 3rd. Should watch the video. Staff just has no care for customers. Is this regular practise???

Cashier that works in the morning is very rude. Ive been coming to this location for many years since its so close to me but that will stop now. She was rude to the 2 customers in front of me. When it was my turn her debit machine wasnt working and she just yells at me blaming me. Not sure how she still has the job.

... only had 100 doller bill. Cashier wouldnt let me get 20 in gas and lotto ticket. Instead. Made me spend 50 on gas cause he cant give change... yet has the change... horrible customer service
