Unprofessional company, Met with Ryan, to discuss a new build for cottage, back on Feb 4/22.After, we got no responses to multiple emails. I called on Mar 4/22, spoke with a receptionist. I was told he get back to us the same day... No call. We have lost almost 5 weeks because of lack communication, at this time, I'm assuming the building process would be the same, delayed permits, delayed minor variances required, pushed back Timelines etc., I can't believe how this company operates, if something is going to take longer, how hard is it to get back to someone in a email or phone call to let them know

Disappointed that after meeting with Ryan last year we sold our home and were ready to begin the building process with RWH. After E-mails and telephone messages were left unanswered we decided not to proceed with RWH. If we can't begin the process with open/good communication then it would be fair to assume that the building process would be the same.

I made a mistake choosing RWH to build my luxury, Bone Structure cottage. Their work was of mediocre quality; their prices were insanely high; communication was poor; honesty issues at every turn. Just an unprofessional, disorganized company.
