The customer service is excellent.I bought a sump pump and received slightly misleading advice about what I needed. I was missing a simple $2 part and faced a 40-minute round trip to get it. What did the do? Delivered it for free!Mistakes happen but to drive 20 minutes to correct that error is outstanding!

Was working in this town and needed a couple of things to finish the job. Had what I was looking for, friendly staff, decent parking. I usually go to another box store near home, but HH was a good alternative.

Helpful friendly staff. Good return policy. Lots of selection. Convenient for those living in Picton. (I’m not a big box store shopper and prefer to have local and quality items with good service to cheap prices.)
