Employee who called for order has no manner and no customer service skill. Instead of asking what can we do for you or would you need any refill?; he asked 'Howmany people you have in your office??? He said we have a $75 min. order per month. I asked to review the contract then he said the contract was verbal.

Worst Company on the Planet. After 9 attempts to get a hold of someone to come do service. they promise someone will, then just don't show up. They have the worst phone system (I thinks it's on purpose,so they don't have to talk to you) If your looking for this company to service your office needs RUN NOW.
