Silverwood Toyota was a great experience. I looked for my dream truck for two years. Silverwood had it and dealing with them was a laid back easy transaction. They were nice enough to hold my truck for a few weeks until my work shift ended. Blaine followed up on all items required and was very professional. Highly recommend this dealership.

During last service they left a tire security lock on the wheel while doing seasonal swap, this time after reminding 3 times for not to store my old tire in storage they still store it, after complain they said they will store for free and later drop the tire at home. i was not expecting this from this place. they keep forgetting one thing after another so how to believe in their service. Sorry to say this but not satisficed with the service quality and seriousness.

This place was FANTASTIC! Everything gets a 10/10 from me. Service team, shuttle driver, staff friendliness, speed, helpfulness… I don’t know what other categories there are, but they get top marks from me.We were in a pickle and were going to be driving through Lloydminster and I called them that day and Angela fit us in. While they said the work would take an hour to an hour and a half, it wasn’t nearly that long.Tammy in service was so friendly and kind, explained everything and was accommodating to our needs.While I don’t live in Lloyd, I would still recommend anyone in the area go see them and support this great dealership.

Where do I begin? I bought 2019 Jeep Cherokee think I was getting an awesome deal. I was never more wrong. My 2015 Dodge Journey wasn’t in the best condition and I needed a vehicle so I was rushed to the dealership by Lana as she told me “You gotta hurry and get down here as we are closing early.” Keep in mind this was New Year’s Eve about 2:30pm. So I get down there and I’m unable to test drive the vehicle as Maddy went to fill it up. So I get down to the paperwork and Lana stated, “This vehicle has been mechanically inspected” which was from 2019. So this made me wonder about the vehicle. So we get the paperwork done and I was all set for the moment and as soon as I turned left the vehicle made a clunking noise. And I told Maddy about the issue and she told me to get it looked at and “I’ll see what I can do,” we’ll so far there’s nothing she has done so far. So now that I took it to a Dodge dealership and they inspected what was wrong, there’s over $3500 in repairs and the Manager/Silverwood wants actual photos of the parts that needs repairs. So it seems I was sold a lemon and Silverwood is calling me a liar. And no I have to take it into the dealership again just to take pictures of the parts that need replacing.

I am very disappointed in Toyota. My transmission went on my van and my husband contacted them to see if they can fix it. He was told he would get a quote the next day. When he didn't hear from them he contacted them the day after. My husband was told that Toyota hadn't gotten back to them. So, it is about 2 months later and STILL have not gotten a quote. It is obvious they did not want out business, but that is ok because we had found a local shop that was more then happy to help us out. So if you want good, quality, trustworthy service check out Lloyminster Auto Service. Great people. Toyota, you will not hear from me again. By the way it is a Toyota van that I have also.

Always great customer service. You are greeted by every employee you see. Tammy in service is always smiling and will explain everything that was done to your vehicle. Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed in the service rep working at Lloydminster Toyota April 1st. I came there at about 11:00 because my Rav 4 was making a loud noise and I was on my way back to Saskatoon. He told me that his mechanic couldn’t look at it bc he will be off at 12:00, that no one else is open on a Saturday and even if there was we wouldn’t be able to get parts because it is Lloyd. After leaving there I found Dave’s Auto who was open, was able to get parts and fixed my Rav 4 in 2 hours and I was back on the road and made it to my daughters dance competition. I’m very grateful for Dave’s Auto and have been recommending them to anyone who’ll listen. They not only fixed my Toyota quickly and expertly but were very friendly and personable. I will not be going back to the Lloyd Toyota service department after the rude behaviour I experienced.
