I am not a very tech savvy person and the staff at TSN have been so helpful in answering any and all questions I've had. They easily couldve told me to figure it out myself but I will forever be appreciative for them taking the time to educate me. Reasonable pricing, and complete honesty in their recommendations. I will trust TSN with all of my electronic needs for as long as they're open!Thank you Gary & the rest of the team at TSN!

Repaired my usb port on my phone as it was no longer charging properly or able to connect to my computer. Fast service and a decent price, highly recommend

Took my desktop there a few months ago because it was flashing orange and the young man was great and professional and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for $55. Recently had a hard drive crash and when I called them I spoke to an older man who first said it was $$99 and instantly changed it to $199 to extract the information. Everyone in Niagara Falls I called quoted me $95 for the same service. Not sure what happened to the young man, but they won't be getting anymore of my business. The older man even giggled after jacking the price up $100 because he thought I was desperate for help. Businesses that operate this way never succeed. Beware!!I called last week Tuesday for the quote, I didn't call back because I got it done cheaper elsewhere.

I thought my ipad mini glass screen was cracked and that my options for repair were in St. Catharines.A family member happily referred me to Tech Services Niagara in Fort Erie. They'd had an excellent experience with them.The store is well stocked, Garry at the counter, made great suggestions, noted my protecter only was cracked, and replaced it immediately.They are proficient , knowledgeable, good price points and local!!! Thank you!

Brought in a laptop with the screen not working! They diagnosed and fixed the screen within an hour! Appreciated their quick work.

Went to get screen protectors for our phones and Jordan was very helpful. Ordered them in, called us and applied them for us. I highly recommend this business. I will definitely go back. They do everything like sales of computers, repairs etc. Very nice young men

VERY VERY OVERPRICED PC PARTS, also sloppy job on cable management.. also came out with a louder fan then i originally had..Could have and should have just ordered my own PSU and just found the time. x3 the price for a PSU. orginally 40$ but charged 130+, also 69 on diagnosis. which is fine.PSU's are around the cheapest parts on a computer.Anyways, if you can find the time just do it yourself.

Fist time going here and the experience was great. I just recently went there on Friday and I was so impressed with the service, I wish I had the name of the guy that helped me, I can't thank him enough for his kindness, I wish I would have gotten his name so I could let his boss know how great he was. I will definitely go back in a minute.
