SPINCO

I am really loving classes at SPINCO. I have done two so far, and set to visit for another tonight. The workouts are fun and challenging and the instructors are motivating and encouraging. The space is beautiful, the workout rooms are clean and smell great, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re someone nervous about group fitness - the room is DARK except for the instructor who is lit up, so no one can really see you.The general vibe is awesome.The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is I’m not the biggest fan of the cancellation policy and how unforgiving it is - I have a chronic illness that I’m unable to control and 3 hours before a spin class I went to cancel and was to be charged $$ to cancel, as there is a 15$ charge if you change your reservation within 12 hours of your class. I totally understand that they must protect their spaces as each seat costs money to fill but I feel as though different cases should be considered especially when it’s not a sold out class (many bikes were still available and I’m on a pre-paid unlimited new member trial).For this reason I’m hesitant to continue because I can’t predict when my attacks will be and I’m sort of fearful to commit to more lessons, have an attack and continue to be charged. I also know my case is not the same for everyone, so I really think this is a wonderful place though if you’re looking for somewhere encouraging and motivational to do some serious cardio with like-minded people!

My friend and I tried our first spin class ever and enjoyed it. Amy’s class was great. All of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. It made our first class less stressful!

Great new facility with friendly staff and instructors.

Great studio for experienced and new riders. I was a new rider myself and the staff are very welcoming and very helpful to help you understand how to fit the bike to you to get the best ride you can.The shoes and towels are always provided and clean and in good shape.Clipping in and out of the bike is tricky at first but the instructors and staff will help you.The lights are low and the beats high. Everyone is doing their own work all to the same beat of the music. Whether it’s a normal spin class or a theme class it’s always a great workout.I recommend giving them a try, they have a code for your first ride being free “RIDEWITHUS” it’s a great workout, tough but fair.There are two private showers if you need to shower before going on to your next destination.Arrive 10-15min before your ride to get your shoes and setup and comfortable.

Awesome little spin studio. I’ve been to their sister studios in Montreal and Toronto and the quality of the classes is just as good if not better. Very welcoming to beginners and great energy overall.

The customer service is wonderful. Huge smiles and everyone was very helpful as this was my first time. The gym is super clean, and has top of the line spin bikes. Classes are super fun and the energy is awesome. If you’re looking for a way to burn a bunch more calories or just crush an amazing workout with a thriving community, this is it

Highly recommend! The in-studio sensation and drive that you will feel on your bike is like nothing you can replicate at home. Super friendly staff, and clean new location.
