I'm homeless and they where extremely nice to me. Not only did the charge my phone for me but they also gave me something to eat. I was very touched by their generosity and appreciated them helping me out like that! Thank you very much.

Love this place. First gym where I feel good at. No one judges you, and everyone does their own thing. Lots off staff around to ask questions. Prices are really good also

Great gym for the most part ,respectful staff, always clean the only thing is the youth that like to hoard around machines on there phones doing absolutely nothing its kind of frustrating when you want to use the equipment but can't

Love this location. Always someone cleaning. Great members. Front counter staff are great. Only call out would be I suggest staff walk around and help guide people who are clearly about to hurt themselves.

Love this gym! It’s never that busy and the app always has an accurate capacity rating. They have a bunch of equipment and are open 24h which is super nice since I have early shifts. I started going during their summer teen program where membership is free and haven’t stopped since. It’s super clean too and the staff are welcoming and helpful.

I’ve tried most of the gyms in Langley. This spot is by far the best for a casual gym users. This isn’t meant for heavy lifters. Most people are average and I feel really comfortable working out. App tells you house busy it is so you can plan accordingly. It’s dead early mornings usually. The black card pays for itself with the massage chairs and hydro bed things
