From my first conversation on the phone I knew that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared about my situation.The first plumber I called said there was nothing they could do and handed me a $100 bill for the service call. I was disabled while recovering from surgery and had no water and after hearing this bad news was not expecting positive results.Schnurr plumbing came right away in the -20C frigid temperature on Dec. 29th and had water for me within 20 minutes.I can't say enough positive things about them and am extremely grateful for their unselfish caring attitude and skills!THANK YOU TYSON SCHNURR PLUMBING!!!

Tyson is the absolute cats meow. I have worked with him on over 200 jobs and he has never failed to do what he says when he says he will do it. Any problem with Tyson is a problem customer, guaranteed.

Tyson installed our filtration system, UV and particulate, and hooked up our new kitchen sink. Superior work, on time, friendly and reasonably priced.

Tyson would not come back and complete the job he started. I called him every week for 4 month and every week there was a knew excuse..... I’ve never met anyone that has that much bad luck. There comes point when it’s obvious he’s just blowing me off. He held up my whole job progress. He’s useless as far as I’m concerned. Do not start anything with him. He may never come back.

Very professional, courteous, diligent and knows his stuff. He's the first person I call for any plumbing issues. Would recommend 100 times over.

I’m really disappointed in this company. I was so pleased when Cody initially came to my cottage to see what issues we had going on. He wasn’t able to fix our issue when he arrived because he didn’t have the large septic pipe at that time (which was the main issue) and he said he would get Tyson to come give us a quote on our hot water tank (which was a separate issue) and everything else. He said someone would come later to give us a quote for everything and call us back. A week passed and we didn’t receive a response. I called 2 times and was informed that someone would call me back. It’s been over a week and I called today to see what was going on, and received one of the most unprofessional responses I’ve ever received. I’m not sure who called me back but they said that they “would’ve repaired it when they arrived but didn’t because I wanted a quote first”. Which is not sure, Cody said he could NOT fix the septic pipe because he didn’t have the parts. And the woman on the phone said, “it’s better that you call another plumber. Bye.” And hung up on me. I’m absolutely appalled. I originally was so pleased with the immediate service Cody provided but the follow up from the company is not acceptable, especially the communication. I’ve never left a Google Review before but I figured that this needs to be known so others don’t experience the disappointment and unprofessionalism of this company.

Great service would definitely recommend Tyson, fixed my jet pump with low pressure very quickly less then a hour. Thanks again

Tyson Schnurr Plumbing is simply amazing! Called them on two occasions, to repair a leaking hot water tank and a plugged sink. Both times they came promptly, worked fast, fixed each problem brilliantly, and the bills were extremely reasonable. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
