Have not had service done, but parts counter efficient

Worst service!!! Worst marine mechanics in the country. I don't even think they are actually licensed mechanics. They are so dum. They can't figure out what the problem with the boat. They take forever and not fix anything. might as well shut this place down. 0 star

I was in a pinch on a Thursday afternoon at 1PM when I called great lakes yacht service. I had lost my keys to my boat a week earlier, living 4 hours away from this place I explained to them what had happened and requested they ship a key I just bought. Even though they don't normally ship product they decided to go above and beyond and ship me what I had asked for. I received it the very next day.I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone, special shout out to Miles for helping me with his.A+++++++ service!!

Was about to purchase an outboard with set price on their website but they raised the price last split second. Just for that I'll spend about the same money on a Yamaha elsewhere. Sad what people will do for couple hundred bucks. Just remember they took down all the prices so they could charge more. Wouldn't buy here. Do your research, there are other places with new outboards from previous years.

Way to slow.. just a small work order it took more than 3 months still haven’t got to it..

Parts arrived in a timely fashion, both Angela and Scott were great!

Called to order a sending unit. Need to drop off the old one to get it matched. Was told they don't have time for that .

Don't bother bringing your boat here. It won't get fixed.I had my boat in for service at this repair facility and it remained there for almost three months and they were not able to fix it even after several attempts. Every time I spoke with maintenance staff they would say something that clearly displayed their level of work satisfaction such as I need to retire" and "I am overworked and can't get to your problems" . All that to say is I had lost my boating season because of their incompetence. There was a very high turn over rate with mechanics here as well.My boat was severely damaged in their maintenance yard and in short they refuse to fix it properly
